We ordered 9 handles for the whole of our house. Nearly half of them have failed with two sets of replacements sent to us. We have no given up and asked for a full refund.

All professionally installed. The handles themselves feel great but the mechanism within is just not fit for purpose. The spring fails and results in wobbly handles that eventually completely fail.

I imagine like all these companies some of the cheaper components are sourced from cheap Chinese companies.

I’m disappointed with my experience. The item I ordered arrived damaged, with glue and tissue stuck to the front, making it unusable.
I returned the item and have since received a refund, which I appreciate. However, I also sent a separate enquiry email regarding the issue and was completely ignored - no acknowledgement or response at all.
While the refund was processed, the lack of communication and customer service was very poor and left me feeling that customer concerns are not a priority.

I had such a great experience shopping with Pushka. They were so helpful when I was choosing which handles to go for, and even created a mock-up so I could see how they would look on my cabinets. When the handles arrived, I was so impressed - the quality is amazing and they really elevate the look of my kitchen. Thank you, Pushka!

First bought handles from them in 2022. They are excellent, absolutely no issues at all. They sometimes wait for stock to come in but my experience is, if you ring them they will advise. Just bought more door handles and knobs for cupboards; they match the originals and are better made than competitors in my experience

Very poor customer service; no delivery of items despite waiting for over 6 weeks.
Avoid this company if you expect a service and a result.
Despite my attempts to communicate; I have had no update for weeks.

I was waiting for my order more than 2 weeks. Nobody contacted me during this time and order never arrived.

Love my new brass door and droor handles in the kitchen.
