Amazing time at Puttshack in Bank - already planning our next visit. Everything went smoothly and the cocktails were very tasty and staff friendly and efficent!

Was going to book a slot here as part of a stag do. However on going to book they added a 10% service charge to the bill. Which I didn't discover until the booking page.
Challenged this and was told had to pay to book and could request a refund after paying. Talk about underhand. Put me off booking and made me look at reviews. Discovered they have 21% at 1*. Have chosen not to go here ever.

I had accidentally cancelled my booking, and had emailed to inquire if we could possibly rebook it and the customer service were able to rebook our session and replied very quickly. The session was also amazing, and very much worth the money. I will definitely be rebooking with puttshack again. The staff were also very helpful, and answered all our questions.

We went here for our work Christmas party and booked the Platinum package. From planning the event to the event, it was a very good experience. The staff were very helpful and so lovely. They provided us with everything we asked for and were very accommodating. There were 23 of us, and everyone said what a good night it was. I highly recommend booking this for an event. The food was lovely, and the unlimited drinks were flowing. They are not tight with the unlimited drinks.

This was a terrible experience for the amount of money they charge. Staff is incredibly rude and obnoxious with no consideration for customer service! We had a corporate event last night. For the golf it felt very cramped at times, food was very bad. Then we left and asked to take bottles home which we did not drink, staff refused to give us our bags back and the obnoxious security staff was following us around. Treated us like criminals

Terrible experience for the price point. They just want your money and have zero yes ZERO consideration for customer experience. Run by children for children. You get 9 holes at an extortionate rate (drinks pricey too, but kinda expected). And they let way way way too many people in. Total game time = 20 mins, total waiting around to play the next hole = 40 mins. You lose your flow and the computer belittles you’re playing style even though they deliberately put in hazards. Great for ignorant students and drunken stags parties. Bad for couples and families. Money hole, avoid!!! Also it was my birthday so even more of a kick in the teeth. Thanks! Not!

Avoid this place. Make sure what you order is what is on the receipt. The waitress that served our table committed. She put something else on the ticket and overcharge me. The service is horrible. The food is mediocre at best. It's really expensive and after they apply an 18% tip on the receipt, they ask if you want to leave tip and do not tell you the tip is included.

Great fun! Been many times and the staff are superb! Nick who is one of the supervisors at bank was excellent and very quick at sorting any issues we had when booking! Would highly recommend!

Avoid this place. I was charged twice by the member of staff and when I asked if I should come back. They said no it has to be done by email. After emailing them they said they can only do it if I come back and I’m based in London. As a business owner myself I know this can be done without me being present in person given they have both receipts. I would not recommend this place to anyone as their customer service is non existent.

I've been twice. First time, great. Second time I was overcharged at the online booking stage. Contacted via phone, a really unpleasant man told me it was my fault for not noticing, told me to cancel it for a refund, and rebook. I had no choice but to do that, but the refund did NOT come through within the specified period. I had to contact them again, was told there was an error and to wait another 2 weeks. Really spoiled the experience.

18 of us went last night, it was really good.
Staff were very helpful and accomadating throughout the night.
I would definitely recommend the Rum Punch!

Veronica at Puttshack Bank was amazing and couldn't have made our experience any better. The atmosphere and service was exemplary and as a manager it was great seeing her interact with staff and customers alike, always with a smile and happy to help including reserving tables and recommending drinks.

Best golf place ever. Very interactive, people can’t cheat, indoors and brilliant designs. The food and service is great. Great place to go on a family outing

The mini golf and food were excellent! Very pleased with that. The staff however? They all looked miserable. Our server for our meal didn’t give us napkins or any utensils till we were done with our meal. The bartenders looks so miserable doing their job. And we asked someone where the restroom was and we got a “other there” with a pointing finger. May or may not come back. Staff needs to do better and get an attitude adjustment, and learn how to serve in a restaurant.

£38 for 2 adults and 2 kids for 20 mins “fun”. Would probably say this is the least value for money entertainment ever

Had a blast at Puttshack Watford while entertaining some friends up from Devon. The four different "courses" make it fun as you're not doing the same thing each time you go. I personally think at £11pp per course it's a bargain for an evening outing.

Drinks reasonably priced too which is a bonus.

Staff really friendly and the manager, Keyne, was very welcoming and checking we were OK when we couldn't figure out the check-in machine.
