I received a call from the PW sales team. After learning my father is a retired railway employee, the executive immediately pushed a ₹1 Lakh course without sharing any features. When I chose the ₹4,999 batch, she explicitly said, "Iska koi fayda nahi hai, na notes milenge na recording classes." I replied that I would rather study from YouTube, to which she arrogantly snapped, "Padh lo," and I disconnected. I ask the PW management: if your ₹5k course is worthless, why are you selling it? Stop this fake drama of caring for students and misleading families.

worst platform doesn't give refund and the customer service is almost nonexistent whenever u try to contact them about an online batch their customer care no doesn't work this is almost a fraud as they don't give refunds and a batch i bought lectures were not showing
