I bought couple of sets of hair…
I bought couple of sets of hair Straighteners for me and my friends from this place.
They also did my hair.
It is really amazing product and the team are very professional.
The manager is Monica very helpful and she is very professional and helpful.
I would definitely recommend both to get your hair done and to buy the products.

I just have to say Monica at Stratford…
I just have to say Monica at Stratford Westfields is amazing, she has changed my life. I am mixed race with coarse hair and the laser hair straighter has allowed me to keep my hair straight until my next wash, it also does not dry my hair out like previous straighteners.

Great straightners
I got some of these straightners from a very nice helpful young lady at the Trafford Centre,Manchester. She did mine and my daughter's hair. Did not catch her name.Got home and tryed them and they are brilliant! Better then GHD'S they ruin your hair. Many have said so. I don't think they are fake reviews on here like a couple of people have said. Well mine is not

Amazing product
I bought pyt straightner and must say that it’s an outstanding product, all the staff at Westfield Stratford was very friendly and did my hairdo after which I bought the product without any second thought. I was ripped off by the pyt staff at…
I was ripped off by the pyt staff at Westfield a couple of years ago. They charged me £180 for these straighteners.
Plus when I got home the plate was chipped.
They don't refund so don't be taken in by the fake reviews on here!
The product isn't very good. Hair lasts about 5 minutes

Quite rude staff at Westfields in…
Quite rude staff at Westfields in London. When I walked in, one consultant spoke of me in front of me in the third person without even saying hello, she said "Help her", the other consultant was just sitting down on a Black Friday Thursday at about 5pm, didn't even see me. Maryam, (name on the receipt) came over and asked what I look for. I asked for straighteners, she told me "don't buy this, this is old and will burn your hair" pointing at standard ceramic straightener when I asked to try it and recommended more expensive one which i wanted to buy anyway. She didn't smile, didn't tell me anything about it unless I asked, awful interaction. She told me the intrared straightener can be used wet, when I started to read instructions, it advised to NOT wet it under any circumstances! Awful customer service and awful knowledge of products they sell.
