I was walking through westfeild when one of there team member came up to me and she was very nice and kind hearted she asked if i wanted to try there new striaghter and i did. The striaghtner was of very high quality and was very smooth om my hakr i eneded up leaving with a straightner for my niece also the manager was also very nice and welcoming i will be comimg there again

I purchased glider and curler from Alexandra. She has given immense knowledge about the product , super helpful and amazing service .

I’ve been using the Pro Digital Titanium Styler since 2022, and I can confidently say it’s the best I’ve ever had. I took my time before writing this review because I like to give products a fair chance over time.

Recently, I had an issue with my styler and was truly impressed with the level of customer service at Westfield. Thanks to the lifetime warranty, they replaced it with no hassle, bless them for that!

I really appreciate their excellent service and would gladly recommend them time and time again.

Myself and my daughter was approached as we was walking passed, they seemed so friendly the guy there was showing us the curl comb brush straighten one, we was amazed and was very tempted to purchase it he done a couple of curls and said we can have £100 discount from £250 stratford westfields, lt seemed to good to be true, my daughter really wanted it he asked her what colour she would like then card or cash whilst talking to us he was doing all of her hair and because I was humming and areing and said another time maybe, the guy got stroppy and messed he hair up n put it in a bun. Since then been doing research and I'm soo glad we didnt purchase it. ALWAY DO RESEARCH BEFORE GETTING CONNED

Had an amazing experience with PYT at the White City branch. The customer service was top tier particularly from Jesse! We purchased the Glider Brush and Jesse did a great demonstration to ensure we knew exactly how to use it. Very impressed with the quality of the products and defo recommend visiting the PYT store for all your hair styling needs!

I had an amazing experience with Alexandria at the Stratford branch. She truly went above and beyond to help me. I first met her when she offered to demonstrate a hair straightener. She did a fantastic job styling my hair and explaining how to use it, which convinced me to purchase it on the spot.

The next day, I returned because I was still unsure how to use it properly, especially for curling. Alexandria spent almost an hour patiently teaching me how to curl my hair step by step—and even started the styling for me! Despite my struggles and mistakes, she kept a smile on her face the entire time and encouraged me.

She is not only a talented hairdresser and stylist but also a kind and dedicated salesperson. I truly appreciate her time, patience, and professionalism. Thank you, AlexandrIa

I have a frizzy hair i use all the brands before but my hair keeps being super frizzy but with the titanium straightner it’s like a magic only one go and you will have the best shiny smooth hair ever+ the staff really friendly and helpful and the manager super nice thank you PYT for the good experience

I got a pair of straighteners from this stall and the women were so nice and helpful! I have thick hair and they showed me how to manage and style it. The manager came over to help with some questions I had too as I was struggling to decide what to buy. I’m really happy with the straighteners and they come with an adaptor too. Perfect for holiday!

I had the best experience at PYT and Hair Curlers & Straightening Store! The customer service was absolutely amazing — the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right tools for my hair. Not only did they recommend the perfect curler for my hair type, but they also took the time to curl my hair right there in the store. I walked out with gorgeous, bouncy curls that lasted all day! I was so impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their products. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for great styling tools and top-notch service and thank you daisy!!

I bought my daughter PYTs from The Westfield centre and was skeptical despite the amazing demo. Wasn’t sure the first time we used them as I was a definite GHD girl. The straighteners stopped working after a couple of weeks so I thought I’d been scammed. However, after a slightly lengthy process of getting a replacement pair (customer service could be better) I am absolutely delighted with them and find them perfect for straightening and curling. I’ve just bought the GHD chronos for myself and am so disappointed as they are nowhere near as good as the PYTs which cost half the price and do not hold the curl. PYTs give me a curl which lasts even overnight, I can get up and enjoy a looser wave even on the second and third day without restyling, much better for my hair. Only one thing I would change would be to have the plates a little narrower as I caught my daughters cheek the other day as there is no safety margin but that was my fault really. Would definitely recommend and for anyone who experiences any problems, definitely get in touch with customer service as you will get help eventually.

Went to the one in westifield stratford pop up Alexandra was lovely and friendly and gave amazing customer service and she even made it so we can use klarna

I originally purchased this item from BYT several months ago. At the time, I had a very disappointing customer service experience – communication was unclear, and the company refused to replace the faulty item. I eventually gave up and gave the item away.

However, a few months later, a new customer service team got in touch with me proactively. They were extremely helpful and arranged a replacement for me, even though a lot of time had passed and I no longer had the original item to exchange.

Since receiving the replacement, I have been very happy with the product itself – the straightener works beautifully and performs exactly as expected. It’s clear that the customer service has improved significantly, and overall, I’m now very pleased both with the product and the new level of support.

Andreea is so amazing 🤩🤩 she styled my natural 4C hair and made it blend so well with my weave 🤩🤩😫😫I wanna learn to style my hair the way she did so I bought my own flat iron and I will be practicing at home to get my hair done the way andreea does it. Thank you so much. Highly recommended

It damaged my hair. It doesn’t seem like the regular product. The one used on my hair at the counter was different in quality from the one we were given

We were pulled over by a lady who offered to do our hair for free. This is a way to entice you into buying their product.
We dont live in london and had no idea about this product or stalls. Anyway we were had. £250 for two hair stylers.
Well since coming home the straighteners dont go into the plug sockets so have no idea if they are good. We were also told we were getting inferred straightener it wasnt! And the curling tool didnt curl.

No response to emails. The receipt says they only offer credit note. I dont get how this is allowed in a reputable shopping centre Westfields.

Im fuming! Surely trading standards should shut this place down especially after all the poor reviews. I wish I had signal in there to see the reviews before buying.

###Edit I did go to Stratford Westfield store and return my straighteners. At first they were trying to get me to exchange. I said I just want a full refund.
I paid via Klarna so they told me to say ive returned and Klarna will process the return, and then the company will then agree it return once klarna sent them notification. I was wary of this as Ive never just handed an item back with out getting return receipt.
I spoke with klarna and processed return. I did take photos of proof i returned to the stall. I had my money back in my account the next day.
Just read reviews and decide before you buy if this is a situation you want to go through in case similar situation happens.

We had to travel 1hr 40 mins to get into london to sort this. But very happy it was resolved.
