Don't believe a word they say about delivery times
Ordered in April and told it might take 2 months. Still waiting in December. They were dishonest about delivery times and made excuses later. They are a very unreliable dropshipper, it's a gamble whether they will get things in stock you ordered.
Update: Their customer service is so bad it took them over a year to even notice the negative review, by which time they had apparently lost all record me of ever ordering from them! That's the most charitable view of the below comment.

We've no record of Penny being a customer so cannot verify if this review is against the correct company. We say this as we have a few reviews placed on our profile that are clearly for a different business.
Penny, if this is the case please could we ask you to remove the review and place it against the correct company.

Edit - Penny. We're asking if were are even the company you are reviewing? We cannot find any historical order in the name of Penny Jackson. Was the order placed with us in that name.
Not being aware of reviews on trustpilot bears no resemblance to our business services. We were only made aware of the profiles existance 3 days ago. Hence why we are now responding to genuine reviews as asking question where relevant.
So please, we ask again. If this review is genuinely about us can you contact us by email to confirm what name the order was used to place the order. This will hopefully enable to us to track the order down and correct any issue.
or It will identify that we are not the company in question as we have found in separate reviews.
If we have an issue we'll own it and fix it. If this isn't us then of course it should be placed against the correct company.

Delivery Problem Solved Very Well.
I bought some small items from quartermaster stores. There was a problem with delivery. It was not their fault. Mike was calm and chased up the delivery procedure. He quickly made the decision to resend my order and it was here in one working day. This service was excellent. The products were of good quality and were very reasonably priced. Thank you so much.

Failure to Deliver
I ordered something from these guys back in Nov. 2020 - I was given the run around for months - now it seems I'm not getting anything nor my money back. Crooks.

8/2-2024: Just to make it clear Mike, no I didn't mistake your company QM Stores Ltd (quartermaster-stores.co.uk / quartermaster-stores.com) with another. P.s. After almost 4 years now, I still haven't received the custom knapsack I ordered. My review stands.
22/2-2024: They claim to have sent the knapsack 2 years after I ordered it - by then it was no longer required (got it elsewhere). My review stands. Failure to deliver.

Edit - You have edited to confirm this does apply to you. That's fine. As requested in our initial response we need your details so we can look into it and hopefully resolve the issue. Unfortunately 'mh' gives us very little to go on. So please contact us directly so we can get this issue resolved.
2nd Edit - After some searching through archived paperwork we think we've worked out who you are Magnus? To add some clarity for anyone reading this. The order in question contained 2 items. Item one (Bearskin Cap) was shipped with satisfaction. A shame that has been omitted from the review.
Item two (Knapsack) This was indeed shipped and, following our review this end, we find it was returned. We contacted Magnus (?) but received no reply. So until we have confirmation of information we cannot proceed. Hence why the knapsack remains unsent. There were plenty of comms regarding the total order so no runaround and certainly not worthy of the title 'Crooks'.
We have contacted You by email again in the hope we can get details clarified and this situation resolved.
We await your communication to assist in resolution.

22/02/24 - We have had contact with Magnus. We have confirmed that the first part of the item was indeed received (Well before this review was placed) We have also been able to prove that WE DID send the knapsack but it was returned to us unclaimed. (Again, before the review). Magnus has confirmed he no longer requires the Knapsack and asked us donate the cost of this to charity, which we have done.
We have asked Magnus to update his review above as it clearly does not match what actually happened. Especially the libelous label of 'Crooks'.
We were glad that we were able to get to the bottom of this alleged issue and have everything solved via cordial communication.
