My coffee table is beautiful but the delivery process was extended 3 times. We placed the order and paid for it Jan 4th 2026 and the coffee table arrived end of April 2026.

Garden furniture is just perfect. Just what we have been looking for.

I initially purchased a modular sofa and, while it looked beautiful, it didn’t quite work for us in terms of comfort and structure — especially for everyday family use. At the time, this was really disappointing after the excitement of receiving it.

However, I have to say that Quatropi’s customer service really stood out in the end. After ongoing communication, they fully refunded me even after several months, which I genuinely appreciated. That level of aftercare made a big difference and shows they do stand by their customers.

From my experience, the furniture is very stylish and well presented, but I would recommend carefully considering the type of sofa (especially softer modular styles) depending on how you plan to use it day to day.

Overall, while the product itself wasn’t the right fit for us, the way the situation was resolved was professional and fair, and I would feel more confident dealing with them again in the future.

We purchased a Lena coffee table which was delivered as promised. When we were assembling the coffee table noticed there was some damage on one of the legs, we contacted Quatropi and a replacement set of legs was dispatched without any fuss. The coffee table looks great and is excellent quality. This was our 1st time purchasing for Quatropi and their srvice lives up to the reviews

Corner Bench ordered and recieved as scheduled good price and comfortable seating. Delivery went without hitch and assembling seating was straight forward. Ajustable feet could/should be bigger and in black the small white feet were totally inappropriate. Feet swapped out for Amazon purchase.

We ordered a Deco 3 Seater Dining Bench Antique Brown Fabric not only was it stylish it was most comfortable. My husband has issues being comfortable and sitting for long durations due to back problems however, he has found no issues with sitting at the dining table with family. This has been a welcome addition thanks you so much Quatropi

The whole process from placing the order to receiving the sofa was smooth, they kept me updated every step, the delivery guys were fantastic as well they arrived bang on time, and took great care getting the boxes into the room where the sofa was going, unboxing was a breeze and connecting to sofa segments together was easy as they had the clips in a great position, the sofa itself self it unbelievable, it’s comfortable and really big which is great, it’s so comfortable that I sleep on it more than in my bed, I may have to get another for my bedroom to replace my bed, if your thinking about using these guys for your furniture I highly recommend

We bought 4 Nora leather swivel dining chairs in the winter sale and are delighted with them. This is our second purchase of these chairs, so we now have eight. They are very well made and comfortable to sit in, and can be used as occasional chairs when we have more people. Quatropi’s ordering process is very easy and the staff are very polite and professional on the phone, a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent and fast customer service. The furniture itself is very good quality and well made. Unfortunately one of the chairs had a scrape on the leg when unpacked - it was well packaged, so it looked to be a manufacturing or warehouse defect rather than transit damage. It was replace without quibble and very fast (within 2 days). Very impressed.

Fantastic customer service on the phone. I called a few times to check delivery date and rearrange to a more suitable date. I was treated really well and received great and friendly support
