Did a Cambelt change at 134,000 on a Passat 2.0 Ltr. Looks to be a very good job. Quattro Tech have a good reputation in St Ives and I would estimate will be very good in Bury St Edmunds.

Thanks to the whole Van Werks crew. They were brilliant to work with and really knew their stuff. The tips they shared on our electricity setup were super helpful and much appreciated.

Booked in and arrived at 8.30am. Ross was there waiting, took my keys with a smile. Said he would call back, which he did 2 hours later. Passed, which I hope it would, as I have only covered 2.3k in the last 12 months. But one is so aware of "unscrupulous" MOT stations that find fault just to charge for extra work. Quattro-Tech Ltd at St Ives is NOT one of those!

After reaching out to several companies with zero response or lukewarm interest, finding Van Werks was a breath of fresh air. From my very first call with Steve, the experience has been second to none The team’s process is seamless:
Consultation: Steve provided incredible detail and advice right off the bat. I can't stress enough how much this man has helped our build come together.
Planning: Steve invited us to meet Justin to iron out the vision, and Chris was fantastic with making our various amendments.
Execution: Ryan’s workmanship on the final conversion is nothing short of exceptional. I honestly feel like the world is ours now; we’re unbelievably excited to travel in our fully converted dream camper—so much so that we’re heading off today!
It is so apparent how much this team cares and how passionate they are about their craft. They’ve truly restored my faith in quality service. I’ve already booked back in for an awning in May and will be booking again for a diesel heater later this year. I wouldn’t go anywhere else—absolute legends!

Peace of mind VAG service
I’ve been a few times and I’ve only received excellent service. Recently Kelvin managed to fit my car in with very short notice as I was selling it and needed the dashcam removed, he also managed to provide a courtesy car too!
Needless to say my new A3 will be visiting soon.

Quattro-Tech St Ives never fails to deliver great service
Had used the St Ives Quattro-Tech branch for many years with my previous Cupra, and recently again with our new family Ateca. Always found the team to be reliable and very honest with required work and costs. Ross has been great and very flexible with our situation to get our car back on the road as soon as possible.
