The customer service sucks. I won a bid for a laptop. The description said “slight scratch” the laptop is mash up. Broken screen, mouse don’t work and looks like something they USED before. It even has the initial “J” carved into it. It’s completely beaten up! I reached out to them via the email provided and of course, no response. I’m extremely frustrated and deeply disappointed as I have gotten some good deals from them hit the dishonesty and lack of correct listings must stop. It’s not good business!

Honestly for a liquidation site this is amazing! I pick-up weekly orders and it can be a gamble with like electronics working due to the fact it’s liquidation items. Having the money come back as credit to my account after contacting the claims department and returning my item may be a small wait time but ultimately it all is just so addicting and fun! I get everything for a fraction of what the retail value is! Absolutely amazing ridiculously low prices!

For liquidation product, this is the best!! I get many items for less than $10 that retail for more than $100!!!! Boxes are not perfect but product works. The team is always nice and are helpful with any comments or concerns.

This would be a good company and the system they are using is good. They need security to stop their employees from stealing. For each time I have had a pick up, there were items missing. I was told that the items are recieved and numbered and sent for posting with pictures before they are auctioned off. The problem comes at pick up. Employees are switching things out hoping you wont notice This is bad for a company that have a large following. You need someone to verify that what is being brought out to the customer is the right products.

They have sold le creuset on auction. So far I've bought five out of 7 have been broken. all have been broken. Of course won't give me my money back only credit. So have to buy something I wouldn't want just to spend money. Another item was supposed to be a dog fence and it was a dog house. Frustrating and rip off. In my opinion

Beware of scam and dishonest business! Open the packages at pick up! It has gone down hill after switching to Fort Worth location. Several times you come to pick up, they can't find certain items so end up having to credit it back to your account. Most recently they left off a stroller travel system at pick up and we had to alert the attendant. She was able to find it, but the box is super light, so I made sure to open it right away. Inside was not the stroller and car seat, but a random pillow and basket. Be sure to check the boxes of the items when you pick up. It seems like they moved to bigger location with more dishonest workers

They have some pretty decent deals. Have won a few items. Communication could use some improvement but other than that, deals are solid and product was all good.

this site is a total scam, they charged my card $500 and never shipped my order. Stay FAR AWAY from this site if you value your $ its a total and utter scam
