Ordered a part to repair my keyboard as my bird destroyed several keys. Parts came in that same week and fit perfectly. Communication was on point, parts were as described and overall great service!

I placed an order but I never received a confirmation email. I wanted to track my order using my email but that didn't work either. So now my money is gone but I have no order.

I ordered 3 replacement keys after my cat destroyed my keyboard. The selection process was very intuitive and I really liked the custom key selector tool. This made the shopping experience so smooth.

I received the parts in about 3 days using the standard shipping and a link to a repair video showing me the step-by-step process to install these.

I am very satisfied and glad I found this website and would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered a replacement laptop keys for my Dell workstation. I wasn't sure of the exact key type as there are several to choose from. I filled out the form and had a reply in less than 10 minutes. Shipping to my door was quick and the key was a perfect fit. Highly recommended for response, timely shipping and quality of parts.

To replace a key on my laptop I needed advice as to the correct model as mine did not appear on their list. I sent three emails asking advice as to the correct key before purchasing, including a photograph of the model number of my machine. NO answer

Once you buy keys from them its over. They dont respond to emails. They sent me the wrong keys twice.

Ordered 2 keys for my son's gaming laptop in February 2021. No product delivery, no reply to emails, no one answers the phone. Consistent with what others have written. No shipping updates.
8 months later I finally dispute the charges with my CC company and they were able to reverse the charge.
The same situation happened with Replacementlaptopkeys.com. Be careful dealing with these 2 companies. Highly recommend purchasing elsewhere.

I ordered a replacement ':/;' key for a Macbook air. It came a couple of days later, and in about 2 minutes I was able to have it working like new. Highly recommend this website!

Ordered a key for my Lenovo x240, got the non backlit one, messaged support and their words were as quoted "Okay, thanks for the information. We will send the correct one immediately." Absolutely recommended. 10/10 customer support. I will most likely be buying from here again.

I ordered 3 laptop keys from their website, which had good pictures so I could easily tell which hinge to order. The items arrived in less than a week, shipping wasn't bad, & they fit perfectly!!! The keys were easy to install, but a number was included in case I needed help. Thanks!!

I wrote this company four times regarding a key for my LG Gram. It was listed for sale on their web site but I needed information regarding the appropriate hinge assembly before I ordered. I never received the common courtesy of a simple reply. NONE!! If I could give them a zero star review I would.

I don't know what I was expecting from a laptop key company, but what I'm sure of is that my key now works perfectly, was delivered in time, well packaged, and arrived at my birthday!

The experience was super great! Picking out the right keys was very easy because there are tons of video's, high-res pictures and PDFs to help you out. Ordering was easy and the documentation on how to install was very good.

My keys however, did arrive a bit late. I could choose between express shipping (3-14 days) or standard shipping (14-28 days) which was a lot cheaper. I didn't need my keys right away so I chose standard shipping. In the end, they took 2,5 months to actually arrive.

I opened a support ticket after about 1,5 month and got a reply within a few hours (which was great). They explained that delays were common and I should have chosen and paid for express shipping if I had needed them sooner. I don't think I really agree with that mindset. If I choose and pay for express shipping, I expect the keys to arrive within 14 days. If I choose and pay for standard shipping I still expect the keys to arrive within the timeframe that has been promised (28 days), even if that timeframe is a bit longer than the "express" shipping timeframe because I paid less.

Aside from that though, great service. Maybe the delays were due to Corona or the fact that I ordered from Europe. Despite this delay I would definitely order from them again if I ever needed keys again.

I just wanted to say thank you for the lightening-speed response time and subsequent shipping on Friday May 22nd! I had no idea what the exact model number or series was on my laptop but by attaching a picture of my keyboard in my initial email, the representative who handled my request was able to quickly pinpoint exactly what I needed. Furthermore, despite being Memorial Day weekend, I still received my 2 retainer clips on Tuesday May 26th! I have been working from home since March and after leaving my workspace for less than 2 minutes my two year old decided to pull out more than half of the keys from my laptop, and out of those, most of them had the retainer clips pulled out as well. Only two clips were completely damaged:
Left-Shift and F7 which just so happen to be two keys that are crucial for navigating within our billing system. So on that Tuesday, it was a welcome sight in our mailbox! It's much nicer than pushing a rubber cap for several days. haha

I get the envelope of keys, attach them all, except one, oh boy was I worried I had ordered the wrong one, but alas no, my order clearly states "(number pad) key" so it's for the NUM PAD, however, the standard hinge they sent does not match with the socket in the laptop.
So I quickly write up a customer support ticket to see what they'll do about this.

They replied asking for more information on the key that WASN'T the correct one ordered, I immediately responded with the requested information and got no reply, figured it'd take a few days for them to check their stock.

I am now writing this review since it's been 11 days since ANY reply from them, hope they will reply and I'll update this, however, I have no expectations at this stage.

Today I received an e-mail stating they had seen my review and felt it was not deserved, as they were "not given the opportunity to fix it" even though it went over a month.
In addition, they had the gall to say
"I have no problem refunding the item (and shipping) for the incorrect item for an exchange of updating the 1 star review."
"exchange" specifically is morally questionable especially as that makes them seem unwilling to make it right without public dislike.

I sent a reply, stating they were given time, and they didn't use it.

they sent another reply 15 minutes later (actually good response time, kudos) Stating they had sent a refund for the key in question, and shipping, so all in all, I am not upset, just disappointed it took so long for any form of reply.

This Review is not a glorious win for anyone, but if You know the keys You need, perhaps contact them beforehand to verify they will send the right keys, oh, and hope it doesn't take a month for a reply.

Another edit, I received another email stating the following;
"Do you think it would be possible to maybe give us a little better of a score?
This was all because of an email that I l̲e̲t̲ slip through the cracks, not because I was trying to ignore you.
Had Y̲o̲u̲ followed up, this would have been avoided."

Simply because of the outstanding replies, I will be keeping my stance on 2* at most, since it has been MY experience with this service.

This entire debacle has been an experience, and I expect it to have concluded now, with one of our last Emails having them push the blame on M̲e̲, the Consumer, and complaining about "fairness".

Key worked great and was cheaper than other competitors.

I had the misfortune of buying a key from QUIKFixLaptopKeys.com instead of from here, and had a horrible experience. Glad your company decided to change URL names, so consumers would not be confused with the broken English knock-off company.

was easy to find my laptop (T530) and figure out which keyset I needed. item price was comparable to other sites I looked at. the item was shipped and delivered promptly. i installed it earlier today, no issues with the replacement keycap so far. item arrived in a small padded pouch inside a regular letter envelope.

Just bought a Surfacebook 2 letter T as that had split in half. Was worried out quickfixlaptopkeys from some of the reviews on the web but in all actuality they were great. The order was trackable from the moment it was placed (still came before the time specified even though I live in England). Great service and the key is perfect (backlit). Thank you so much you literally are a life saver!!!!! Great service!!!
