I had the worst experience on Quikr. There is no negative rating option else I would have given the rating in negative. I had put an Ad on their site for selling my Innova car. Ad ID is 338459038. After posting the Ad, I received a call from one Mr. Farhan Baig from this number 7021609803. He told me about the premium services offered by Quikr wherein the word 'Premium' will be written on my Ad and customers from entire country will be able to look the Ad and my Ad will come in the top searches. He told me that without the premium services, my Ad will only be visible in the area from where I have posted the Ad which is Kalwar Road in Jaipur District. He also told me that without the premium services my Ad will not even be visible in entire Jaipur district also but will be limited to Kalwar Road area only. He told me that the price of the premium services is Rs 4000 but these services will be provided on discounted rate of Rs. 1500. He went on to tell me that if my car was not sold within one month of subscribing to the premium services then entire amount of Rs 1500 will be refunded. Nowhere during our entire conversation he mentioned about the 300 clicks that were provided by Quikr and he did not tell me that if my car as not sold within one month then the amount of balance clicks left on my Ad will be refunded. He never mentioned of this fact that 300 clicks were being provided by Quikr for premium services. He kept on saying that if your car was not sold within one month then your entire amount of Rs 1500 will be refunded.

After one month of subscribing to the premium services, I called him and told him that my car is not sold yet and I want my refund of the amount of Rs 1500 to which today he told me about the clicks system of Quikr. When i confronted him that he did not tell me of this 300 clicks system he told me that a mail was sent to me about the terms and condition. I want to inform you that this mail was sent to me when i had already made the payment. The way he replied to me was really rude and his exact words were "jo karna he karlo, ab kuch nahi ho sakta, aapka paisa nahi milega ab". When I asked him about the the number where i can make a complain, he replied that there is no such number, neither there is any mail id where i can complain.

To me this amounts to criminal offence of fraud and cheating under Section 415 and 420 of IPC not only on the part of this Farhan Baig but also on Quikr company.

I am upset and very bad feel from this quikr site.i paid 5000 rs for artist card but still not recieved . I paid who person they are not recieving my call my money is waste . He is fraud and ruined me .please stop and remove this site all side because everyday anyone Ruin like me.

Fraud website. They will immediately call you after placing free at to upgrade to premium, promising there is high traffic on the website etc etc. Once I paid 1100 and upgraded, I could not reach this guy ever again. All the persons who contacted me seemed like fake buyers as that left their details and interest in my property online. But when I would try to message or call them, no response. I tried every way to reach them, they never responded. Who shows interest online and then let it be? Fake paid buyers! Don't trust this fraudster website

I had purchased a Quikr Assured product (Iphone7 Order ID 10641735), which is not working AT ALL. I have registered a complaint with Quikr but they are not Responding at all.
I am totally upset now, I am feeling like helpless as no one is listening and my money is just got wasted....I have spent my savings in that trusting that Quikr Assured Product is going to stay for Long.... But it just stop working with in 25 days old purchase... I just want to tell that Quikr is playing with the people emotions they don't have good products & very worst support.

this company is made by a gang of fraudsters, hosting fake ads to attract buyers.
The scam is made like this:
1st you Buy Now, anticipating the payment.
2nd Quikr let you wait for days before cancelling fake order.
3rd your money will be kept on hold for undefined days.
in the meanwhile, Quikr is managing a large amount of money in transit for their dirty traffic.
Forget to report bad seller (they are complicit of Quikr).
Forget to start a complain (Quikr will NEVER call you back within 2 hours as claimed).
Forget to receive explanations, excuses o interacting with honest people (they are ALL mobsters) and the CallCenter is a non-existent option.
Play at your own risk on this creepy e-commerce platform.

I have taken refurbished one plus 5 from this site but when i received it at that time only i have mailed to the customer support department that phone is not working neither sensor was working nor speaker, after much attempt call was connected to their department they use to say dont mail on customer support mail on another id and i did but didn't got any satisfactory answer from their side and now it has been 6 days and in their policy they have written 7 days return but now i am feeling after 7 days they will deny as saying your return policy was over so can't do anything

so guys don't buy anything from this side, worst service i have ever seen in my curriculum

Worst RTO service ever!!! I do not have experience on other services though.
Complete FAKE company.
They took my money for RTO service (DL) and no progress on that. Eventually, I had to ask for cancellation process. And its been 6 months, they are not refunding my money even after follow up in emails.

Do not ever trust this company for any service.

do not go for quikr doorstep. One of the poorest service I have ever seen. If you use it, you will end up regretting your decision or might loss your item or money.

I was called by one of the Quikr customer service representative named Ganesh Chavan asking me to upgrade to the premium ads. This costed me Rs. 1500 as he said this would be a deposit and the amount would be reimbursed if my bike would not be sold within a month by Quikr. He took full responsibility of selling my bike. However .this was the first and last time I spoke to him. I could never reach him over phone after that let alone mails. I tried escalating the matter to the Quikr customer service but there was no response from anyone in the team. I even wrote numerous mails to the management to look into the matter but this also was ignored. I lost my money and I guess this is a normal practice of Quikr! This person Ganesh Chavan as well as the Quikr platform is the biggest fraud in the market. Kindly do not do any of your dealings through Quikr! I hope this helps others and people will not be fooled.

Never go for Quikr service. Their provide really disgusting service. I ordered a sofa set 'Arica Sofa set 3+1+1 in Charcoal grey Finish by Furniture world' on 5 September.After 3 days I contacted Quikr support regarding my order because when I click on 'Detailed transaction' button which gives us the information about our order it was showing 'yet to confirm by seller' which basically means my order is not yet confirmed. The support people keeps on saying the same dialog 'it will take 10 working days' still no confirmation here. Now after 9 days when I contacted them they are again saying the same also support service said your order will be delivered tomorrow. Finally by afternoon when I checked, I saw like my order has been cancelled which is not at all professional. - Firstly if you cannot delivery and item DON'T take orders. - When a customer come on chat raising this issue check and let them know that you guys cannot proceed with the order. - Don't waste customers time. For you guys time won't be an important factor. For me TIME values and matters. My suggestion for the customers 'if you guys value your money and time then never go for Quikr and don't suggest anybody. This is my first and last experience with Quikr' If there was a negative rating I would have given that. WORST ONLINE SERVICE

They come to collect the bed , act as if they are talking with buyer and then backout saying buyer doesn't want it.. though all the pics were already posted by me..this didn't happen once but twice..looks like a big gimmick..

simply a experienced advice please dont use quickr platfor for trading highly milking platform for a trader , if we post a free advertisement in next few hours quickr executive will call us and ask us to go for premium ad, and they have lot of tools in their seller paltform to milk you money, push to top immediately they will send a payment link for payment ,,, oh my god .. please aware of quickr....

As soon as you place a free add on Quikr to sell you Car or any items. Quikr Fraud sales team will call and try to convince the customer, like they will place the Add on Top list and 100 customers will call you and also they will say that don’t bargain your quoted price below that level. They will assure as if they have 100 genuine customers ready to purchase the vehicle more than your expectation. Also they will promise that your premium amount will be refunded to your Wallet if the Car not sold within 30 days, only condition is do not delete the add. I have placed the add on 26th Feb and on the same day paid the premium amount for Add ID: 316964946. I just got few call like 6 or 7 counterfeit calls from the customers. When the car not sold after completing 30 days, on 26th March, when I called that Quikr Fraud Representative “Mr. Farhan”, he denied to refund, because he says 100 customer click already completed. Guys never pay the premium amount.

Very bad service provide. I have paid 11000 rs for Add to my services for Housekeeping. After taking money they have not attending the calls also. They are fraud and cheaters. I have made a complaint in consumer court. Their website is also fake. Call me for more information. 9823222956. I have received mail and my ID in Quikr but it is fake.
