Very disappointed.
The financial advisor we were allocated, cancelled our appointment at last minute which was fine....however prior to the meeting, I had sent all our personal information to him. Since then I have asked for the meeting to be rearranged and he has totally ignored my emails. Very disappointed and feeling vulnerable that he has my personal information.

I wanted a safe but worthwhile place to invest savings, with Quilter I have this. Its easy to access and interact with so you feel like you are not an outsider in this world. I have been with them for many years now and thankful that I acted on a recommendation of a work colleague. Yes things go up and down with the world as it is but long term this is a good place to invest.

I am pleased I moved on...
I decided to move my ISA because charges were significantly higher than elsewhere. The process was slow and Quilter appeared obstructive during this time. Once the paperwork was complete and the holding was being held in cash it still took over a week to move the money across.
At the start of the process I attempted an In Specie transfer and while the holdings were available to the other provider the transfer could not be made because of Quilter's incompatible transfer process.
It took some doing but I am glad I moved on

Quilter. As a company supposed to manage my pension fund they do not perform at all. The way I see it recently my funds have been in negative growth, this is even when the stock market has seen growth of around 15%, this coupled with monthly charges it seems to me they are being paid to mismanage my funds.

Perhaps this company is too large to actual handle a small investor. While it is a polite experience there seems to be an automated system that cannot be overridden by the helpful customer representative

Quilter has been my go-to provider for my ISA and Pension for many years and I have found them to be extremely professional and courteous.
The systems are very easy and the app and website very easy to interact with

Awful experience dealing with this company
Awful experience dealing with this company. Have turned a simple pension transfer to a SIPP with another provider, into a nightmare. Have spoken with Quilter a few times now and am fed up with the constant contradictions by them and lack of care. I understand they have to follow certain procedures, but honestly I have provided them with all the information that is legally required. Have made a formal complaint to them, so will update my review accordingly, in the hope no one else has to go through what I have.

Makes it so difficult to make withdrawal, it’s my money not yours. Unfortunately I had to change to quilter from royal London due to Ifa changes. What a difference between the 2. Ok quilter has some neat app technology but the process of withdrawal is frankly awful. Previously a request was actioned within 5 days now it takes 10-15 if you lucky. On the last occasion it the silly link they send you after 15 minutes on the phone to them was incorrect. Never received the forms via email as requested. I recommend if you happy with your current provider stick with them..
