Great course and only concentrates on relevant aspects of what you need.
I am doing my PPL (A) and have passed 7 out of 9 exams easily and preparing for my final 2.
Well worth it and you cant go wrong!

Quiz Aero has been an invaluable platform & resource, in achieving my exam passes in my PPL/ H. & Would definitely advocate using it. The Instructors are also available for explaining difficult topics & principles, and are VERY quick to respond.

I stress the point on understanding the topic and not just knowing the answers to the questions, because you will fail navigation, principles of flight, & definitely your check ride when quizzed on all nine exams, by the CAA examiner.

Know your stuff & you have a good chance of staying alive...need Luck.. and you have a good chance of killing yourself..or even worse... someone else.

I initially used quizaero to pass my NPPL exams. The course is well structured and I found the exam questions particularly useful, I had queries of understanding with some and received prompt feedback. Having passed the NPPL exams I wanted to enhance my knowledge, so I signed up for the PPL package, which I found more informative but also more difficult. However the exam questions were again so useful, and Lawrence answered my queries timely and sometimes at absurd times of the day.

Tremendous course, I have passed four of my NPPL exams mostly in the 90% and above, in less than as many months. I could not have progressed anywhere near as fast in my pursuit for my licence. This course will exceed your expectations and I have no recommendations to better it. Best money value I have had in many years. Top marks to the makers.

I opted for the NPPL Microlight 3- course bundle, which covers all 5 theory subjects plus a comprehensive Radiotelephony course. It just makes it so easy to study - you can put it down and pick up again exactly where you left off. There's no irrelevant 'filler' in there, the content focuses just on the key knowledge necessary to succeed in the exams. What made it a 5-star course for me were the tests at the end of each chapter, and particularly the practice exams, both of which can be repeated as often as you like until you feel ready for the real thing. If you're a bit daunted by exams, as I am, these were really useful in building confidence and are similar enough to the actual Exams so that you can almost 'breeze' through them. It's also amazingly good value compared to traditional in-person groundschool. Definitely a thumbs up from me - go and have a look at their website.

Very easy to use and understand the content. Passed all 5 microlight exams first time of taking. All but one in the high 90%s (the 5th one was just a bad day for me!!) happily recommend to anyone going through this process.

I used this for my NPPL-M exams and found the content excellent and clearly focused on helping you pass.

Fabulous material.. and really helpful on line ‘ask the examiner’ facility which seems to be monitored pretty constantly. Any questions that the student e-mails in are responded to really quickly.
I can’t recommend Quizaero more highly. I recently passed my PPL and know it would have been much harder without it.

Absolutely wonderful! I purchased the entire set and have been diligently progressing through the microlight syllabus. Achieving a perfect score in air law on my first attempt was possible thanks to this excellent resource. It's an invaluable aid for grasping the requirements, and taking the practice tests significantly boosts your confidence for the real exam!

Fantastic resource for anyone seeking to become a qualifies pilot . The material is superb and if you have any questions the team respond amazingly quickly with full explanations and support. I’d recommend Quizaero without reservation. It’s great value and fun too. I’m just turned 70 and passed by general skills test a few days ago thanks to my wonderful instructor at Solent Flight and the excellent support provided by the Quizaero team!

Very good website, I found the practice exams and ground school excellent for passing my Air Law. It's comprehensive and the real exam didn't include anything which hadn't been covered. I will definitely be continuing to use QuizAero as I progress through the rest of my exams.

I used Quizaero for practice exams in conjunction with reading/learning from the AFE text books. I subscribed to Quizaero in August 2024 and I have now passed all 9 of the UK PPL exams as of 10th Feb 2025. I passed all of them first time and my overall pass mark was 92%. Quizaero's practice exam questions are so alike to the real exam questions that I simply don't believe you could do any better than using Quizaero. I tried EasyPPL ground school in the beginning but found the online text material difficult to read from a PC/mobile screen and the practice exams were poor in comparison. From going through the random practice exams on Quizaero many times over a number of weeks for each different subject, its clear to see that the question bank is regularly updated. On several occasions i also used the "ask an examiner" function after not understanding a question or particular result. In all instances i received a response within 60 minutes with a detailed and personally tailored reply. I highly recommend Quizaero as a fantastic tool to ensure you are ready for the PPL CAA E-exams.

The course, videos and guidance were exceptionally well thought out. Assistance on any question was first class. As an experienced pilot returning to aviation it was an invaluable aid to brush up on things I once new or should have known. I can highly recommend this course to beginners and to the experienced wishing to refresh their knowledge.

Really well set out, most enjoyable studying episode of my life so far!

A very good and hugely integral part of my training towards ppl.

This was used this in conjuction with reading books and other study sources, but this covered pretty much everything the books did.

The ability to complete their modules and receive a certificate at the end of each one was ample evidence for my school to allow me to proceed with an exam.

Having to be able to select either micro lights, helicopters or aeroplanes proved vital due to the many differing factors between each aircraft (especially in principles of flight). Many online courses don't offer this variable so be careful.

The mock exam questions are similar to the ones in the actual exams, but shouldn't solely relied on..... the bitesize ground school should be studied thoroughly.

Any issues or queries were very quickly dealt with or answered be it a technical issue or a theoretical query.

All material is current and up to date.

So why not a solid 5???? Well to be really pedantic and give as honest a review as possible.... For my pace of learning the 6 month subscription was a little short.... manageable but tight.... so if ye don't get all the way through exams in 6 months you could end up having to sign up for another 6 months as there is no monthly option... (yet)....which is probably fine if you're half way through your theory but if you only have one exam left it's a bit of and expense.

The question bank although quite thorough could be expanded somewhat....

But overall a great product and a definite invaluable tool in the arsenal off ppl studies.

I wanted to send you this note to say a huge thank you!!! I have used QuizAero to study for my PPL theoretical exams and it has helped me to pass every one with flying colours!!

The course material is very well laid out and the detail is just enough to offer a greater level of insight into each of the subject areas. The videos offer another dimension of clarity that I have not found with any of the other study platforms.

The practice exams were probably the best parts. With 8-9 practice exams on each subject area, every possible area of question style was covered. When it came to the actual CAA exams, I found them to be easier than the practice exams you set.

Today I sat my last exam – Flight Planning and Performance and I have to say I found it quite straight forward. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a good study platform for their PPL or NPPL exams to use QuizAero, and make their lives a lot easier.

Very quick and helpful responses from the Quizaero team when having trouble understanding concepts and questions from the PPL theory course, I also found the Bitesize online ground school very useful in and providing more concise and easier to follow explanations than the PPL books, helping me better understand the content.
