Do not use this insurance company
Absolutely shocking service from this insurance company, total rip off and extremely poor customer service, will not use this company ever again
The company have now answered me with sorry blah blah, why did they not treat me as a customer better and why does it take until I have given a review for them to apologise.

I spoke to a girl called Sophie and she handled my query immediately.
On top of that she agreed to send me an e-mail and it was on my computer within minutes of finishing the telephone call.
