Straightforward and no hassle experience
Ordered over Christmas online, clearly had stated they wouldnt be shipping until they return to work on the 5th January after the new year, my order was delivered on the 6th, no issues, delivery crew friendly and helpful. Overall straightforward experience and no complaints so I recommend.

AWFUL - DO NOT BELIEVE NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Placed significant order online 2 weeks before delivery required. Paid in full with delivery date guaranteed. After numerous phone calls (10+) we received more absolute guarantees it would be here next working day. All we received were excuses and empty apologies and blaming couriers. When products finally arrived 2 full working days late. It was left on pallet and they refused to help bring it to destination. Boxes were wet and damaged. The whole experience from start to finish was awful. A company who promote next day delivery THIS IS NOT TRUE

We understand how frustrating it is to plan around a delivery date and not have it met, especially after receiving multiple reassurances. That’s not the level of service we aim to deliver, and we apologise sincerely for the inconvenience caused.
Regarding the condition of your delivery and the refusal to assist in moving it beyond the drop-off point, we’re particularly disappointed to hear this. Our pallet deliveries are kerbside as standard but wet or damaged goods are never acceptable. We will be following this up with our delivery partners.
Please let us know if there is any damage and we will get replacements dispatched straight away for you.

A Damaged bin !!!!!!
Mine was delivered with a small crack on plastic bin , while it was nothing major my customers wouldn't let me away with the same so I sent a pic and got a reply in 10 minutes, no questions a d a bin posted same day , unbelievable customer service and a great product . Other companies could learn a lot from rackzone these are people you just want to do business with first class .

Excellent Quality, Fast delivery
We recently purchased value Shelving 1800h x 1800w x 600d 4 level 350kg UDL Orange/Blue, Euro Containers and Storage Part Bins from RackZone, and we're extremely pleased with the overall experience. Products are sturdy, well-made and exactly as described. Bins fit perfectly into our shelving and have helped organise our storage space far more efficiently.
Delivery was so quick, and everything arrived well-packaged with no damage. Ordering on line was very easy to navigate on the website.
Overall, we're very satisfied with the quality and value of these products and would confidently recommend RackZone to anyone looking for reliable storage solutions for stores or offices.
