I had a CT scan done on 9/18/2026 by Radnet and after one week I still am waiting for the report. I called Radnet and was told that they have shortage of Radiologist to prepare the report and I have to wait!!.

This is a serious issue. Radnet Management has to find a solution for it or not issue appointments to patients until they have radiologist/ doctors available.

I have undergone multiple thyroid procedures through Wave Imaging/RadNet: an ultrasound in August 2023, an ultrasound-guided FNA in February 2024, and another ultrasound in July 2026.

Despite all three being performed within the same imaging network, the 2026 radiology report stated that no prior comparison was available and that no previous FNA was known. The earlier records included imaging of the same area and a benign FNA of a left-lower thyroid nodule. My 2026 ultrasound measured a left-lower nodule at 3.8 cm, yet the radiologist was apparently given none of that history for comparison.

This is not a complaint about one location or one employee. It is a systemwide continuity-of-care problem. Wave Imaging locations should be able to connect a patient’s prior studies—especially imaging and biopsies involving the same body part—and make them available to the interpreting radiologist. My ENT is now having to reconstruct a history that Wave/RadNet already possessed. Please fix this system.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I’m a cancer patient and needed this scan done immediately so I didn’t have time to “shop” around. RADNET is not in the healthcare business they are in the make money business. Told me over the phone I could put down a deposit for service and when I got there they REFUSED to service me unless I paid them in full up front. Total bait and switch. (I have insurance as well)

Front office is terrible, there rude! They had a line by the door! 15 people waiting ,even if you have an appointment they don't care they said wait in line, bad experience with all of them, been there 3 times, and all 3 times its been a bad experience! Technicians in the back are great, they should teach the front office some manners! The whole front office should be replaced with the right people! that care

Had a MRI of my foot 2 weeks ago and still no results . I have called and they say there is no eta for the results and they explained that they have no ETA and I should get information in the next week or so. . My Dr also called . Im in pain and waiting for the MRI to know the treatment direction for PT . Ive had a few MRIs and only ever had to wait no more than 10 days .

Never heard of this company. My doctor gave me a referral for Ultrasound, I already have the name and location of the place that will be doing it. Then i get a text msg saying "Dr.*** ordered an exam, we have an appt for you on 8-8-26 at 3 pm in Inglewood ( no where near me) Reply 7 within 24 hours to accept." 100%scam. I asked my doctors office about it and they said they are very aware of this company trying to steal business away from ANYONE!!! They need to be shutdown.

The actual facility and services are good. My complaint is about the scheduling website. I am an IT professional and can tell you that it needs immediate attention. It is surely optimized for earliest date/location selection but it is unfriendly for a fixed location. When you pick yours and pick a date where there is no apts available, it will automatically pick another location. If you change the location back again, it will reset your calendar to the earliest available (which does not work for me as I need a later date and time). And if you need to go over couple of weeks to find the right spot, you have to go over all those steps for every day.
When I uploaded all documents and finally picked a date, it gave me error on the final submission 3 times.
Then, if you try to report technical issue, you get "The requested information is not accessible. Please contact us for assistance" repeatedly.
After all these hurdles I ended up scheduling appointment over the phone.

It has been over 15 days since my wife had a CT scan done. We have tried to get the written report for our doctor. We have called twice and stopped by to get answers. We were told they would forward our complaint to a supervisor. No one has called. All the readings are done off-site. Not only are we waiting, but her doctor needs the report to decided treatment/

I was promised an itemized bill with cpt codes and had to fight for it for 3 months being told all sorts of stories as Radnet had bought out northwest radiology. Three months later after stressful phone calls, misinformations and gaslighting I finally received the bill. I needed another test and I was forced to pay before they produced the bill. Radnets policies produce incompetent bullying. And the people at NWR who are so nice are being bullied into applying these policies.

Disaster
It has been over two weeks since my imaging.
I have been locked out of my account after logging in one time.
Chatbot is non existent. It does not matter what time you try to access it.
IT is also non responsive. It is almost impossible to get someone on the phone. After 14 days I was finally able to access a human being who confirmed I would receive an email from them to request my test results. What I received instead was an email with my User ID and Password-no luck, I still cannot log in and again am locked out.
I have to reschedule my doctor's appointment and find a new imaging center. My insurance company will not cover second testing.
This is the WORST experience I could have imagined. I cannot comprehend how such a poor technological system with zero customer service can exist.

Scheduling is very difficult with radnet, so opted for walk-in chest xray as my doctor was concerned about walking pneumonia. 48 hrs post imaging and my doctor has not received a report they were expecting within 24 hrs. I called Radnet. I was told the report would be ready in 1-2 weeks. Unacceptable. The time frame should be disclosed at the onset. If it were, I could have gone to an urgent care or a different imaging center. If it is pneumonia, there is a risk of permanent lung damage if not treated. This is truly medical malpractice at a corporate level. What if it were a broken bone? How does the doctor set it properly weeks after the injury? Radnet is buying up all the imaging centers so hard to avoid, but if you can, you will be doing yourself a favor.

You schedule with people whom speak broken english and are hard to understand. When you arrive 1 hour before your appointment you are subject to hear the women at the front area gossiping about other staff and clients. So very unprofessional. Then when you finally go back for your MRI, the people are fine. You wait 30 mins for a copy of your CD and then have to call to get a copy of your report to be sent to your email because its not offer thru the portal. And once again you are speaking to a person whom speaks broken english and give you attitude because you question why you were not told you couldnt download you report from the portal. The employees need to acquired better people skills and less trash talking and be more kind.

When a company outsourced their scheduling team that tells you ALL you need to know. I will be asking my physician for other options .

Went through 6 representatives to make an MRI Appointment. Bad phone connections, cannot understand phone reps. Could have driven to Rolling Oaks and return back home faster. A B. P. raising encounter. Rolling Oaks the WORST

The customer service for appointment is incompetent, is outsourced so you cannot understand what they are saying. They messed up my appointment and did not register it in their system. What is and where is the accountability? This company sucks

A radiology Business thru this site called Lenox Hill Radiology be careful with them! The Staff were nice but when leaving I asked if I owe anything, they said no. My Ins showed I will have to pay $300. for the CT scan. within a week or two they sent me a link to make payments. I opened the page to make the payment it gave me a choice starting at $10. I started paying $50 a month. after the 2nd payment I received a letter from them saying PAY THIS NOW for the remaining amount. I tried to make the 3rd payment and they Blocked me from making a payment. I called and found out the put me in Collection. I called them and the offered me To make 2 payments Of $91.37 & $91.35 to settle Don't trust these people!

Scheduling an appointment and verifying insurance copays and what procedures have been approved is a TOTAL nightmare. It took 54 minutes on the phone to schedule an appointment and they refused to verify my copay and the estimate they gave me was completely wrong. It took so long because the agent was not a native speaker who did not know the difference between June and July so she could not locate my file for 25 minutes. Even when she finally did, she claimed they never received any order from my doctor but my doctor sent me verification they did. Worst customer service ever.
