Bought a Condo with an EC-5 unit. Purchased Condo 12/2024. LIFETIME WARRANTY IS BULL SHIT!!!!! Does NOT transfer to me, the new owner.

WHY WOULD I EVER PURCHASE A UNIT WHERE THE WARRANTY DOES NOT TRANSFER TO A SUBSEQUENT BUYER??????

Miserable customer service, archaic replacement filter systems, not accompany operating in reality or the modern day

The installers tore up our sidewalk and left it. When we called the office they blocked our number. Also, they didn’t send us many of the perks they promised with our purchase.

The equipment that they set up in your yard is not hardened against sunlight. I live in Florida, so this detail is ridiculous. I'm financed for 10,000$ on this system, and it's already had three major break downs. To give an example: An external fitting call a duck-billed valve broke of the chlorine injector. Rainsoft wanted 300.00$ to come replace it. I found the part on Amazon for 18$ and it took about eight minutes to replace. When the pump that pushes the bleach failed( six months in!) I found out the pump isn't even covered by the warranty. Again, the wanted 280$ just to come out. I had to rebuild it myself, for 80$ in parts. Now the saline injector system has failed, and our water is back to being crap. I still owe 8,000$ on this, and can't afford their repair/ maintenance costs. Bottom line: unless you are getting their small, indoor system, don't trust them. They are simply not built for outdoor wear and tear.

We had our water tested yesterday in our Florida home and was shocked to see what we were bathing,cooking and washing clothes in. Even bottled water that we use had gunk in it. We were sold 1/2 way through. The Rep who demonstrated was superb. Everyone we dealt with has been very professional. We will tell our friends about this great Company.
