Super good mattress

The person that delivered was friendly and polite.
He brought the package to our door and asked if we could manage the package. My husband took over on receiving the package.
We would of given him a tip he had gone by the time we had turned around.
Thank you for yr service and especially the person that delivered our package .

Didn’t receive my order

The table itself is great. It was easy to put together on my own abd it looks lovely but I can not find a gas bottle to fit the regulator. I have been to 4 gas bottle suppliers and none of them have seen this type of regulator before. Rather than dismantle the table and have the hassle of sending it back I will now need to change the regulator to a standard UK gas bottle one to be able to use the heating element. This is disappointing as it was an expense I was not expecting. I have contacted the company to ask where I can get a gas bottle to fit and have received a standard reply saying it will fit a uk gas bottle but I don’t think this is the case.

Original item was not delivered by Yodel. This was no fault of Rattantree.
The customer support has been great and I received a replacement item in a timely manner with goodcommunication from the support team

nothing went wrong or right I am not familiar with this business or website, it keeps showing up in my email box but I do not recall ever interacting with it

Furniture delivered promptly.
Furniture as expected.
Reasonably easy to put together.
Look good for the price.

Kvalitén på kontorsstolar är under all kritik, det tog inte mer än ett par månader för att se hur allt gick sönder, Jag reklamerade den och de lovade att de skulle skicka åtminstone den delen som har gått sönder, men nu 5 veckor senare har inte hänt något dock stolen ser ut som att den har använts på en verkstad i 10 år, alltså pass dåligt är den, mitt råd till er är att INTE köpa något på Rattan Tree.

The gazebo arrived on time .A very nice young man delivered and took it round to the garden.He was so helpful. The gazebo went together easily and looks great in our small garden .Just right Just what I wanted.

Amazing experience buying from here for the first time, was impressed with the superfast delivery 2 days on a big item, and arrived with box intact that is a bonus, item as discribed and was the finishing touch to our garden thank you

The problem lay with the courier. DX were really poor, and the item arrived almost a week late.
