Communication is absent - The lack of effort to truly assist customers does not exist. No one has the correct answer, no one takes the time to read notes. They hop on the phone expecting the consumer to continue to repeat themselves when they have notes on accounts for a purpose. Everyone has a different answer and no one seems to take the time to actually get the correct answer. I was given the wrong email countless times until I just used google and finally I had the correct contact. I requested a new remote for my adjustable base July 8th 26 it is now July 30th and no answer, recovering from an injury and it has been dreadful trying to get any assistance. Its all bells and whistles when your buying but when you actually require " customer service " it is nonexistent. I do not recommend buying from here if you require any real customer service - most are remote and you can hear the lack of care from the time they answer the phone. Managers always " unavailable"

We had an outstanding experience working with Sarah Haddad at Raymour & Flanigan. My mom had been searching everywhere for the perfect wardrobe, and Sarah was the one who helped us find exactly what she had been looking for. It's beautiful, fits the space perfectly, and my mom couldn't be happier with her choice.
What impressed us even more was Sarah's patience, knowledge, and genuine care throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand our needs, answered all of our questions, and helped my mom feel confident in her decision without ever making us feel pressured.
After delivery, we encountered a minor issue, and Sarah resolved it almost immediately. Her responsiveness and commitment to making sure everything was right truly set her apart.
Sarah is professional, caring, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. She goes above and beyond for her customers, and it was a pleasure working with her. We highly recommend asking for Sarah if you're shopping at Raymour & Flanigan!

Customer service desk
We went to get a mattress and best set, the rep there helped and we finalized it, but wanted to also discuss our table set which we had purchased earlier as had some issues. The girl at the help desk was not interested, she did not look to see someone is standing who needed help. When asked she said come here,had a attitude. Anyways she said I will get a call from my complain. I said ok. If dont can I have your office number so I can check, she huffed and said go to goggle and you will find it. So very unprofessional. If this is the treatment of a returning customer, Sorry!!Not getting my bed set from here.

My salesperson Sarah Hadad was excellent!
My salesperson Sarah Hadad was excellent. I arrived a little after eight and was there until 915 and she worked with me the entire time helping me pick out the appropriate fabric for my new sectional and helping me do measurements as well. She was terrific and I highly recommend her.

The salesperson was very nice. She did not push me into a decision but rather gave me good pointers for me to make my own independent decision. She was very knowledge about the available selection of couches.
