No delivery. Zero Customer Service.
Ordered a couch and loveseat on Monday 10/13/2025 and it was supposed to be delivered today 10/17/2025. I never received any contact information about the delivery. When I finally was able to reach someone at the store they informed me that my delivery had been changed to Monday 10/20/2025. When I asked if they could guarantee that they told me that if I didn’t hear from them by Sunday night to contact the store. The store is closed on Sunday. When I reminded them that they were closed on Sunday they said to call back Monday morning then. So now I’m supposed to call back on Monday morning after 10am and take another day off on the chance that they might deliver the furniture that I already paid for. Zero customer service or common sense.

Paramus outlet
I went to the outlet in Paramus to buy a reclining sofa. I met the most wonderful sales woman,Lesley Stoehr who was so helpful. In fact I was so happy that I told her u wish they had a place in Florida as we had just closed on a condo.She said no problem, we ship to Florida. So a few weeks later, I returned and furnished my condo in florida with Leslie's help. If I could give Leslie more than 5 stars I would.

I'm really happy I got to work with…
I'm really happy I got to work with Sunny. He was not pushy, gave us space when browsing and when I asked questions he was very knowledgeable. Because a purchase of furniture can be expensive (>$1k), we wanted to check out a Macy's Furniture Outlet nearby. The other salesman on the floor made a comment under his breath and this was such a turn off. Luckily, Sunny ignored him and gave me his card and it was because of him I came back. If not, I would have gone online or another location.

Unavailable for pickup?!!!
So ordering online was easy. The issue I have is that I was informed the furniture would be ready for pickup on a Wednesday. Guess what? I received a phone call on the Wednesday I'm supposed to pick up and was told my furniture is not available for pickup because the pickup up place is closed on Wednesdays. You mean to tell me, no one has a key to open up the door of where the furniture is kept? I'm annoyed because my husband and I cleared our schedules to pick up our furniture and now we can't.
