It’s real simple Jacob was what made our experience awesome. He gave us time wonder around and look at everything and then when we were ready to get information and prices on the things we picked out he was there every step of the way. You are very lucky to have him on your sales floor because he is also the reason we will go back.

The adjustable frame that was set up…
The adjustable frame that was set up and delivered the day before did not work properly and instead I got the 888 # to the bed frame company and had to spend 45 min in the phone to trouble shoot. They have to send me another cord so that the bed will rise and lower in sync with each side.
I was not impressed that they could not even have service call me back or come back to see what the issue was as it was less than a day old
I may end up going somewhere else to purchase the dresser and side tables
Just a phone call would have been better
