Who knows if the purchaser was legitimate. I even offered them the property again to sell (under duress) but the greed wouldn't allow it. They wanted both or at least payment for the first. They wanted to be paid for nothing! I would have agreed to a small amount for work undertaken. Fair enough. But despite their sales consultant advising we would not be charged commission on default, the Principal, Larry Malan, in his breathtakingly unjustified arrogance, 'overrode' that offer following the default.

Other mistruths and misrepresentions were the sales consultant Dan Donovan and office staff provided the purchasers with incorrect information prior to auction. Affording the purchaser the opportunity to default.
Sadly there were so many untruths I wouldn't be able to believe a word from the Principal or sales staff do do yourself a favour - wide berth these guys.

Use any real estate agent but avoid Chris Pappas (from the NSW sydney rockdale branch). He is rude, impulsive and unprofessional.

My profession requires me to work at different times of the day and be available at different times of the day too. Today is sunday and i called to enquire about a property at rockdale at 11pm. Nobody picked up so i left a voicemail. Real Estate agent (chris) calls me back a moment later and tells me if i know what time i called him and i said yes but- and during my mid sentence he then told me to f*** off. So i hung up.

He calls me back and says he thought i was his friend (my voicemail was clear that i wasnt) and then threatens to call me at 4am 'to see how i like it'. Oh and I apologised twice for call him so late and waking him up, but there was no apology from him for his verbal assault. If this person cannot act professionally, then how can i view Ray White as a professional real estate company?

No attention to detail. Accusing myself of damage when was already occurred previously. Emily Johnson not professional and has no care with her work. Never again will i go to ray white.
