Shitty bank

Shitty bank, overprized, tons of hidden charges, bad Customer support treatment, horrible app. I can't find any redeeming quality. My experience was so bad I changed banks, and they charged me 50 euro cus I transfered my money manually.
Complete scam.

Business account cards useless for withdrawals

The worst experience at Raiffeisen, having realized the business account cards cannot be used at ATM - waited for a whole hour to withdraw money, listening to a baba at the counter chatting away and taking it slowly with every single person - this is outrageous and totally unacceptable! What a waste of time and nerves, not to mention it will happen again when I need to withdraw cash. I have regretted starting an account with you to being with, Raiffeisen professionalism is a joke. Avoid if you can!

Extremely unprofessional behaviour of…

Extremely unprofessional behaviour of "front line" Raiffeisen bank people in Serbia. Ladies in " video identity verification" process are very unprofessional. I spoke today with Ms. Marija Ovuka and I told her that I want to talk to her manager. She simply ignored me and hanged up on me.....in other words she said : " who cares about your opinion..." Very unprofessional and lack of training....

Awful service

Awful service. The "subscribe for premium package" form on the web-site is broken and support after a week(!) didn’t do a thing about it. And no one reached out to me over my request as well. Either they are heavily understaffed or just don’t care!

Worst experience in my entire life.

Worst experience in my entire life.
These people are taking all my money through reminders of inexact payments (every reminder is 499 czech crown equal to 20 euros based on a mistake of 10 euro) which they send after the due date (last time exactly one day after, I have the screenshot). This is the worst experience ever with a bank in my life.
They always spoke in cZech which I don’t understand. Everytime I had to specify to write in English because I don’t understand otherwise.
They have never been clear to me.
The contract also was not clear and nobody explained it to me (not English contract) that’s how they are taking the money from a closed credit card and bank account:
nobody ever told me that I have this amount of money to give them before I start closing everything, just after I closed the account they said I have to pay 560 euro as a debt of my credit card (that was easy when I had the account with them but now that I closed the account and canceled the credit card they are asking me all these money which takes also a lot of fees for transfer them to this country of czech republic ).
It was a dreadful experience.

The police should investigate about those communists east European banks.

Issues continues

Since months, the bank has issues to state the real deducted amounts when checking.
Today it is May 17th, 2022 and only the amounts deducted until May 12th, 2022 are visible.
This is horrible. In this time, every amount is deducted within seconds, thus this should be visible online immediately after that deduction. As with other banks in all the countries (7) I've lived in.

Also, it is not possible, without going to the bank, to cancel a transfer that will happen in the future online. You have to visit a bank! For a future transfer, a transfer that didn't happen yet! In what era lives this bank? The Stone Age?

I really do not recommend Raiffeisen…

I really do not recommend Raiffeisen Bank to nobody. Be aware that they allowe to third parties to retreat money from your account, u announce them and reclaim your money back and they didn’t even bother to announce you that they won’t do nothing about. You find out when tired of waiting for a response, u call back. And that’s not all, they continue to allow that third parties to take money, monthly, or twice/month and not doing anything about it. They told me to resolv alone my issues giving me a link that includes “unauthorized payment”…. It is your choice to open an account with this bank, but be aware!

Raiffeisenbank has the most outdated…

Raiffeisenbank has the most outdated and absurd online/mobile banking in the world! So they stopped the current 2FA method that I was using (without email notice of course...) and now although I know my credentials, I am logged in to the online backing I cannot change anything but I have to visit their office personally for absolutely no good reason!

I checked with a couple of more banks and none of them had that nonsense... So it is not a safety regulation! It is just poor management, poor customer service, and I am moving to another back!

Racist and discriminating employee in…

Racist and discriminating employee in Osijek Croatia (name: Tihomir Blazek) who insisted that I name the location of my birth as Serbia.
At that time it was in Yugoslavia and I'm a Croatian Citizen. This bank has no regard or respect!

Worst Experience Ever
I have an account in this bank and it only reminds me why I left Bulgaria.
I haven't been in Bulgaria for a long time, not to mention the pandemic that hampers international travel.
They have a chat center but it has been nothing but useless. Whatever request I make they tell me to write an email to the call center. When I write an email, I never receive a competent answer.
They repeat as a puppet, you have to visit one of our offices in Bulgaria. I reply that I can't it because of the pandemic and my medical conditions.

My question is why Raiffeisen is advertising online services and international banking when I have to come in person to one of your offices in Bulgaria.
My recommendation is never to open an account in Raiffeisen bank if you live abroad.

Thank you Raiffeisen Bank for reminding me what is like to use service in Bulgaria.

Great customer service

Great customer service

I have recently switched to Raiffeisen bank. I needed different accounts for my work and debits. Their kind and very professional worker Maida Migić in Zenica resolved all my demands and issues to my best interest in shortest possible time. I left and forgot my ID in my chair so she rang within seconds on my phone to inform me of this before I even left the building. I rate this a 5 star customer service.
