A really good experience from start to finish. Having heard a few horror stories about letting agents I was expecting a bit of a roller coaster with my eldest caught having to find a 3 bed house to,rent on Kiings Hill but Rosie was both responsive & accommodated with finding and viewing and liaising with the owner and made the communication and negotiations clear to all parties. My daughter who just moved in today and I are happy to recommend Rosie to anyone in the market to rent in the local area as she is professional, experienced, personable, efficient an extremely good communicator and knows the market.
