Where on earth do I begin? I had a very challenging purchase with many complications and Leoni was an absolute superstar in dealing with it all. Without her help, and I don't say this lightly, I am absolutely sure the sale would have fallen through and at multiple stages I was sure it would but her perseverance, positivity and 'can do' attitude was both absolutely essential and a breath of fresh air. Leoni supported me with the stresses and pressures of a complicated purchase and effortlessly eased my concerns. I found her to be very proactive, diligent, professional, supportive and enthusiastic to do whatever she could to help. I have been extremely grateful throughout and continue to be as without her efforts this matter would have ended very differently. Could not recommend highly enough. Could not recommend the entire team at RBM more! Starting with Matt, helping us navigate our options and even helping us pivot mid way through our mortgage when the stamp duty changes came in. Having a WhatsApp group for updates made it so personal and we were kept up to date in real time and knew we always had someone there to answer. Leoni was superb, always on hand to answer questions, provide updates and always kept cool when we chased for news.
