Having used RBM several years ago and returning on this occasion; yet again I have received great service from the first moment I spoke with Matt to discuss options, through to completion. Matt bettered my mortgage expectations which helped me greatly for my remortgage and extra needs. Once the ball was rolling, the team worked tirelessly between all parties to keep the momentum going - keeping me in the loop all the way.

Matt from the get go showed how great he was as a broker. When other brokers were telling me one thing Matt was giving me solutions and giving me many more options.

He does an exhaustive check and will flag up any issues that needs to be addressed. This helped so issues weren’t raised by the mortgage company during application. The communication is second to none eg. setting up a WhatsApp group so all relevant parties can communicate. He’s always prompt with his replies and always very helpful.

Our Account Manager was Donna and from what Matt told me she was pretty new to the team, not that you could tell. Not only is she super professional and knowledgable but very friendly and sympathetic. She is super helpful and would listen to our requirements and also sort out any hassles that arose. She is very determined and her communication skills are exemplary, always keeping us updated with our case.

We can only say thank you for all your hard work and patience and getting us our mortgage.

Matt and his team are spot on, they always make themselves available to lend a hand or give great advice. I will continue to use matt in the coming years. Mortgages or insurances rest assured they will always try and get you the best deal. Highly recommended.

If you're not using RBM Solutions for your move, your insurance your anything or everything to do with this, then im sorry, you are doing it wrong!
Matt Marsh is an angel sent from above to make this whole messy process a piece of cake. I do not have enough thanks within me to give this man.
I 1000% wholeheartedly will recommend him until my last breathe.
I have had an awful move with trip ups every twist and turn and hes been a complete moving rock listening to me whine, whinge, moan about numerous solicitors, delays caused by solicitors, and throw my toys out the pram, pretty much on a daily basis, You will not find anyone more professional and knowledgeable and reliable, anything you need sorted he can get the job done. He will go the extra for you.
Please, do not look to anyone else, just dont even bother, its not worth the hassle it will cause you.
