Rcsoftware Opiniões

well described, detailed, easy to follow instructions

No downloadable links, instructions were awful. 24/7 'support' did not even answer

I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 from RC Software through a Groupon offer, and I'm really pleased with the experience.

The one-off payment gives me lifetime access to the Office applications, which means I've been able to cancel my ongoing monthly Microsoft subscription and save a significant amount of money. I only wish I'd found this deal sooner!

The installation process was straightforward, with clear instructions from RC Software, and everything was up and running in no time. If you're looking for a cost-effective alternative to paying a monthly subscription, I'd definitely recommend them.

RC helped me find through the successful download of MS Office. Things have worked out very well and I have the program running as it should. Big Thank You!

Remove 365 and note and down the exe file jobs a good un.

Very good product and easy installation. Thank you!

Selling counterfeit MS Office Software corporate version that has exceeded the number of permitted activations. Software is thus unusable

Purchased office 2024 and promptly got the keys.
Very happy.

Purchased an Office 2024 license through an RC Software deal and couldn't be happier. Redeeming the voucher on their site was straightforward, and the instructions to download and activate directly through Microsoft worked perfectly. It saved me a fortune compared to retail prices. Five stars for great communication and a genuine product!

bought via Groupon but they are a scam, the item they sold (Office 2024 Professional Plus) is a volume license product intended for organizations, not for home/consumer use. It is not sold directly to individual users by Microsoft, and volume licenses such as “Professional Plus” cannot be legitimately resold for home use

Excellent experience! I received my Microsoft Office activation key quickly, and the activation process was smooth and hassle-free. The instructions were clear, and everything worked exactly as described. The product is genuine, and the value for the price is outstanding. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy from Groupon again. Highly recommended!

Buying the software (two copies) was the easiest part.

Redeeming and verifying were unnecessarily difficult and convoluted.

Groupon gave multiple URL hyperlinks that needed to be copied and pasted into the browser.

I had to switch between Groupon online and the Groupon app. This ought not to be necessary.

RC Software sent the details to my iCloud account instead of the account I have registered with Groupon, so I then had to forward it to my other account so I could download it to my PC rather than my phone.

It wasn't possible to attain the security and registration numbers online, so I had to download the Groupon app in order to verify my purchase.

It was only possible to copy and paste one, not both numbers via the app, so I had to write them down.

Improve the process, Groupon and RC Software !!!

I had to uninstall several Microsoft programs from my laptop (including Office 365, Teams, Outlook and OneNote) before installation of the downloaded Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus. Thus, this negates my 365 subscription across several devices.

The software downloaded fine, but despite being Professional Plus, it only includes Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote and Outlook (classic). Glaringly omitted is Publisher.

Despite RC Software issuing me the product activation key, at no point during the installation was I requested to input it.

The various products in Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus suite have been spread throughout the START menu, rather than clumped together under 'Microsoft Office'. Neither is there a Desktop nor Taskbar launch icon. It is disconcerting.

When I get my new laptop, I'll try to download the second copy that I purchased.

Groupon and RC Software need to liaise to make the process better. I'm IT qualified since 1982, and I found it difficult.

In future, RC Software should consider selling its products on a platform other than Groupon.

Quick to download, simple to activate.

Not the place to go if you want your key quickly, takes too long to receive it. It should be immediate.

I was dubious about this deal at first.
But I took a chance and I'm glad I did as it all went to plan.
Got the code in minutes after buying, followed the instructions and all went well and working fine.
I would definitely recommend this product

Woke up to find all Office365 apps not working. Microsoft would get me sorted but at £100 or more a year I thought about buying some paper and pens. But a little while spent surfing the net and I found RC Software. Picked my download, paid, emails exchanged. Program downloaded. All back up and running!! Awesome. Just need to cancel my order for paper and pens!

Cheap and Easy to install, Value for your money. Thanks

Quick reply and clear instuctions Could not be simpler.
