First delivery was on time and the appliances were arranged neatly waiting to be fitted.
We had a problem with a combi oven that was dealt with promptly.

Very easy dealing with Alex and the team. Few issues on delivery day with the oven not loaded onto the van correctly meaning a 2nd delivery was required. Worked ok but little frustrating initially. Won't put me off using RDO again.

Appliance arrived on the expected day but not at the time I was informed by text yesterday (10.15am).
The ETA was 11.18. It arrived at 13.11. We were not informed that there would be a delay. Normally it would not have mattered but we made an appointment at midday which we had to cancel.

Very helpful customer service, let me know that the item ordered was out of stock and gave an accurate timeframe. I was kept informed throughout.

Excellent experience. Easy ordering, plus the item was cheaper than elsewhere. Excellent delivery options and delivered within the alotted time frame. Haven't opened the item yet but hopefully everything is okay with it.

Quck, competitive, with a phone call to confirm order. Used them twice now: delivery was within 48 or 72 hours of order. What's not to like?
