Friends suggested visit Rebeccas in Southport, we travelled from North Wales, but could not have had a better service, Staff superb, also had a few laughs, I had previously lost my Emerald rings on returning from a cruise, and wanted something to replace one, Staff made me feel special. I bought a pre-owned Rolex back in January. I was served by the owner and he was very knowledgeable and answered the questions I had about the watch with ease. I felt no pressure and they genuinely couldn't do enough for me. I'd looked for a Rolex for a long time and been in quite a few shops, they definitely had the biggest selection and were very reasonably priced.

Drove for 2 hours to choose a pre-owned Rolex as a very special gift, all watches were exactly as described on the web page and excellent condition, I was given time to view and make a decision which is what I needed having never spent this amount before on a watch. I would recommend them as they have great knowledge and will make you feel at ease and valued.

My husband and I popped in for a browse as I was wanting to purchase a Rolex, we had spotted one on their website. We were served by Rob who was really helpful and friendly. The watch wasn't exactly what I wanted but rob showed me different options with a diamond bezel and it was perfect. He had patience and we did not feel pressurised at all. I was delighted with the watch and service. We received the valuation a couple of days later in the post as promised.
