The dress arrived as a final sale item but the design was faulty . I tried my best to argue that it was faulty and that’s why it was in a final sale. The responses were generic with no customer service understanding when customer had paid nearly £300 for the dress. I was told to take it to a local tailor to rectify
Disgusted with this site . I would never recommend anyone to purchase from Rebecca Vallance .

Puchased a dress online, beautiful expensive dress, used their computer measuremeants they have online and the dress came and it was very small like 4 sizes smaller and also the stitching was faulty.
they take to long to get your refund back and customer service asks to many questions.it should be normally a very easy process to return.
I will never buy again online from Rebecca Vallance.

absolutely awful costumer service the worst i have ever dealt with !! i ordered a £900 dress the dress has came badly marked & dirty , it has been lying in a dirty storeroom and they are trying to say it just needs steamed out and i have to pay to return for store credit !! this is absolutely unacceptable worst company i have ever dealt with ! this expensive dress is clearly faulty !! they take days to answer emails too ! please avoid from ordering from rebecca vallance ! this is the worst company i have ever dealt with ! this dress is clearly faulty & filthy !

Please don’t shop from their website. If you really like certain design of their brand. Buy from other sources if you have to. Their customer service is awful. They refuse to refund even on damaged items. They only offer to fix it and sent it back to me. After so many email back and forth to explain that I don’t want that option due to hygienic issues and unsatisfied, they still unwilling to change their bad attitude towards customer. I remain polite and respectful, but have bitter taste of customer service and experience with the brand. So many options and brands out there for me to choose and shop. Why would I go thru a headache over a faulty dress ever again . Nah; not worth it!

Their customer service is woeful. I have pleaded with them to provide me with a 25% credit on the dress I purchased (at full price $1,299). which is literally days out of the return policy. They refused to. Even after explaining that the credit would ensure I return to the brand for the next purchase. They have lost me forever and when I do receive any compliments when I wear the gown this weekend, I will be sure to follow it up with 'DO NOT BUY FROM REBECCA VALLANCE'

Customer service is a nightmare !!Order a beautiful dress from this brand. It was too small I sent it straight back everything as it was . 2 weeks after they receive it back I enquire about my refund. They say it’s missing its swing ticket and I explain every ticket that was on it was returned with it and maybe your staff forgot to put it on. THE DRESS WAS NOT WORN .. how long does it take to examine it to determine this, 3 weeks seems a lot !!!
