Thankyou so much for the wonderful Flag. For a "cheapy" Flag, it seems very good quality, so much better than a Flag I purchased from an auction site a couple of years ago

Disappointed with the delivery service. Having paid £4.90 for 48 hour courier delivery (unnecessary) item notified despatched on 17th March and arrived by post on 22nd. Also unable to access any tracking information.

Very pleased with the ‘Somerset’ bunting. The delivery time was super quick and the bunting of good quality especially for hanging outdoors.

Quality product at a good price, delivered promptly. Would use again

I used the fire retardancy service and I could not recommend it highly enough. The communication was great, speed was excellent and the price absolutely unbeatable.

My two Somerset Flags arrived by return of post - brilliant!

I have given 4 stars because of the time it took to receive my order, not Red Dragon fault but perhaps they should change how goods are sent to customers. After a week my order had not been received and after contacting RD twice apparently Royal Mail had lost my order which I had paid £4.90 postage for, the order was only a strip of tape therefore could of been sent by normal first or second class post.RD did send me a second order by recorded post which I received the day after they posted it and repaid my original postage of £4.90 which was very much appreciated. Would order from them again.

Delighted with a Welsh Dragon Pennant that I will fly on the mast of my gaffer sailboard in Conwy.

Very prompt service - Arrived before the message to say it had been dispatched!

Placed an order and received a dispatch confirmation by email, when the item didn’t turn up I emailed to query and received a response within the hour, which apologised and advised that although the item was on its way they’d send another that day. Sure enough I received the replacement two days later. It is well made and as described on the website. Reasonably priced and excellent customer service.

Wrong item delivered, replacement was sent quickly

The flag was well made and delivered promptly.

When I placed the order, I gave some carefully written instructions on how I wanted to fit the ensign to its pole and obviously I did not make myself clear. What I received would have been almost impossible to fly.
I have had to do a lot of unpicking and make quite a lot of modifications in order to get what I wanted but the flag is now finished and I am pleased to have added the personal touch.
