Brilliant thankyou

Experience was good, managed to get a seat at the front. Being disabled, it was nice to have extra leg room. Prices are quite high though, I always book my ferry in November on Black Friday, if I can’t get a reduction I wouldn’t be able to afford it, and we have been travelling by Red Funnel for the last 20 years.

I missed a coach connection to Oxford this morning 25/08/26. Despite looking on their site there was no service status. I have now taken a screenshot to that effect. Although my boat ticket was refunded their attitude was unsympathetic. When there is an issue with Wight Link they text you perhaps this is something you could consider.

The journey was smooth and loading and unloading efficient and on time.

The ferry was on time both ways The ferry was clean and tidy We all enjoyed the trip and would do it again shortly

It went very smoothly. We were allowed to board an earlier ferry because we got there early which was fab

Easy to find, smooth access and exit, plenty of staff to help, sailed on time, clean environment all good

What made it great was the staff. They were so polite. It sailed on time. The staff knew what they were doing and made you feel safe. I will be using the Red Funnel again next year when we go back to the Isle of Wight for Boys Brigade Camp. Thank you 😊

All very straight forward from the booking to the final disembark. Arrived at port and checked in instantly with registration recognition. Arrived slightly early so was put on the early transfer, which was brilliant. All concerned were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Smooth journey with clear and precise instructions from crew. Return journey was running about 20mins late, but this appeared to be more due the off loading on the ferry before we could get on. Didn't make a difference to us, but some may have found this inconvenient

It was very easy and seamless from arriving at the port to boarding the ferry to departing the ferry. The only down side is that how expensive it is to travel on the ferry.

Excellent .. pricey but delivers ..

Once arriving we didn't have to wait too long to board the ferry ,they were very efficient loading & unloading the vehicles .The staff are always very friendly & the ferries are always very clean.

Loading the cars on and off the boat went very smoothly however the prices of food and drink on the boat is very expensive

Ferries out (7/8) and back (14/8) not on time. Accept it was a busy time but you can't get 5 stars if you are late.
Otherwise excellent

The staff made boarding and getting off the ship easy. They worked well and had everything under control.
Any queries were answered in a clear and helpful manner.
One member of staff in particular on our homeward journey (on The Red Osprey) was especially helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, easy process and safe journey

The Service overall is pretty good like everything it can be improved in certain areas however the cost of the ferry is extremely high given the short distance it travels. We are regular visitors to the Island and feel that some kind of loyalty card would be good. We regularly travel out of peak hours and while there is a saving there the saving isn’t great.

An amazing trip to the Isle of Wight from Southampton & back . Faultless. Definately going again next year with them.
