Hi item didn't arrive
Hi. The royal mail saying the item was delivered with picture of front door, but unfortunately not my house. I looked around my neighborhood for the house to match the picture but couldn't find it. There was also a very simple signature. Definitely not mine.

I'm sorry you felt you had to leave a 1 star review , having already stated. 'The royal mail saying the item was delivered with picture of front door, but unfortunately not my house.' The problem was rectified by Royal Mail a couple of days later .
Delivery companies do encounter issues or problems as does every company , but maybe the 1 star review should of been left on Royal Mails reviews and not on our own as we promptly packaged the order and shipped it out on time as we always do.

Great price but royal mail not…
Great price but royal mail postage is terrible! Changed delivery day but still delivered on the original day and have yet to try again so still waiting for my order a week later!

Sorry about the issue you have had with Royal Mail. Obviously we send the orders out on the days we receive them . Once it's in Royal Mails hands then it's out of our control. If the order don't turn up we can chase this for you.
UPDATE: Royal Mail had a delivery request placed at 21:28pm on Wednesday 29th November .Delivery was attempted on Thursday 30th. There wasn't a delay of a week for delivery as weekends are not included in the time frame. Due to adverse weather conditions over the weekend and on Monday which are out of our control . Delivery was made on Tuesday 5th December .
