this was my first experience with Reflaunt and they are really good. They deliver what they promote in a professional courteous manner. They deserve all the credit.

It does not appear to be as efficient as it could be. Pricing is bizarre. If they reject your item you have to pay to have it returned, or they donate to charity. The reason for rejection is unspecified. They implied that an item bought on my account from NETA PORTER, could not be verified as genuine, even though it had the tags, was unworn, and could clearly have been verified from my account, it was then returned in a small plastic bag, in a little ball, when it had been sent to them in a clothes hanger bag. Altogether very disappointing and suspicious process. Had items for months, and then 3 sold on the same day. Seems unlikely. I did a test run of some less precious items, and so glad that I did not send any very high value items.

I listed three items three years ago. Forgot about them to be honest. Two had sold, one hadn’t. Contacted them today to say I wanted remaining item returned only to be told it had sold two months ago. Yet no communication whatsoever to say this. Very suspicious that I hear nothing in 3 years but the day I contract them it’s apparently sold. And for a ridiculously low price. Meanwhile I’ve sold over £2000 worth of stuff on Vinted in just the last three months!!! This is a rip off and borderline criminal operation

I reached out to the team a few times as I had queries re my items being sold, the team were very responsive and answered my queries quickly and resolved my issues and sold all my items! Very appreciative.

The company that transfers the money into bank accounts (Wise) after selling an item somehow had the wrong information for my bank. The representative at Reflaunt took care of the issue and kept me informed of the progress by email. My payment was transferred into my bank account correctly after Reflaunt's intervention.

Do not understand how all these items sold at the same time....so I get an alert to all of them at once. After months of nothing being sold. Explanation?
