It helped to know the details
It helped to know the details. The letter I have just received tells me about the extension of the ULEZ area. If I had been made aware by letter of the original area I would not have purposely entered area illegally an benn fined £90. On that occasion I was just going to the City of London cemetery with my wife who would normally go by car with no problem and ULEZ never entered the conversation.

Hi Barry, thank you for your review. ULEZ zones and charges can definitely be confusing which is why we try to make it simpler with our ULEZ check - allowing you to check your vehicles' ULEZ compliance whenever you make a journey into these zones.
Very useful information

Hi Brian, thank you for your feedback. Our ULEZ tool gives you results for 10+ low emission zones, including Bristol. The first result given is London's low emission zone and further down the page are the rest of the UK's clean air zones - https://www.regit.cars/check-ulez . If you have any other issues please email us at help@regit.cars
Quick reference to charge zones is great

Hi, thanks for leaving your feedback. We only email our garage holders to say there 'may' have been a recall on their car if we get informed that a manufacturer has issued a recall on that model of car. In this case, it is likely that the recall impacts newer models which is why we direct you online to check to be sure.

I have also just had an email recalling my vehicle regarding the steering column and airbag. My vehicle is a Peugeot Boxer motorhome which is 16 years old. Surely it would have been recalled before now if there were problems? I am going to ignore it . But if it's a scam, what do Regit get out of it?

False recall
Regit sent me an email saying my car was the subject of a critical safety recall. Checked with the vehicle manufacturer who told me it was not. Caused a lot of unnecessary concern.

Hi Phil, thanks for the feedback. We only ever email our garage holders to say there 'may' have been a recall on their car if we get informed that a manufacturer has issued a recall on that model of car. However, not all cars within a specific model group are necessarily impacted by that recall which is why we direct you online to check. Hope you can understand where we're coming from and we certainly don't mean to cause any concern.
Recall email received
I received an email suggesting my vehicle may have been recalled. No phone number to speak to anyone on the website so I suspect this isn’t genuine. Anyone else received the same correspondence?

Great for keeping a record of car details/service/MOT etc.
Been keeping my car details on the site for some years - mainly as a calendar - and its been great for reminders and a general record - simple to use and both web and app available. Really good
Plus this week I managed to win an Amazon voucher for updating my details. A nice little extra.
