Misleading information

As you can imagine, calculating the cost of a house move from a website alone is almost impossible - you might have a very full house with lots of furniture, or a basic move with only a few boxes. Either would be charged very differently by a removals firm.
Our website connects you with a maximum of 6 removals firms who will all either try to call you or send an email to discuss your move and provide an accurate quote.

It was so easy to post our requirements and we had calls come straight back to us to arrange quotes. It was good to be able to compare prices before making a decision on which company to use.

Irritating follow up calls
To be honest, it was irritating to receive so many chase up calls from the various firms, when all I wanted was a rough indication of costs. 2 firms are still calling me 2-3 times a day so I have blocked their numbers.
