I purchased a wig over twin months ago
I purchased a wig over three months ago. I never received The wig or my money back. I continue to communicate with the customer service who keeps giving me the runaround and some lies about it being a national holiday. That’s the reason I didn’t receive my money or a wig. This is unfortunate because I really thought that this was a trusted business. I have emailed the support staff several times asking for a refund and or my item that I purchased I am not getting anywhere as of this point. I’m gonna have to contact the federal government Better Business Bureau and all jurisdictions. It’s not fair to take people money and do not give a product or a refund. It’s been three months.
