Exact part, arrived quickly - thank you!

Excellent company to deal with. Can’t praise them enough, aware of the part I wanted and shipped on time

Helpful and good value

Great service.

Very helpful staff, very good communication

Find at least one ordered and brand new unused part, i m happy for it, another was unfortunally obsolete and sent money back, but lets try again. :)

I had been looking for an Electric Power Windows Switch (Driver side) for a Renault Clio MK3 for ages and came across "Renaultgenuineparts.com".
They were able to quickly supply a genuine Renault part that worked !
Very happy with the service and would recommend it to anyone!

Prompt service, genuine parts. Can't see nor say anything wrong

Correct part was easy to locate online. Very straightforward and secure to purchase. Parts delivered within a couple of days. Fit perfectly and good quality. I would use this company again.

At least they can supply Renault Grande Espace parts. Even dealers struggle. All we need to source now is the passenger 2nd part of the window surround. I will keep trying

Purchase reverse camera from them, later discover not hardware problem, explain to them, they still accepts return for refund (w a restocking fee deducted).. consider it's a electronic product, the arrangement is acceptable. Good response and accurate on delivery time projection. Genuine parts seller.

Excellent service. Had to pay additional postage on top of what was estimated for the order (for shipping to Australia). However, was given option of cancelling the order or paying the extra. Even with the extra postage was still cheaper than other site. Came quickly too.
