Excellent knowledge and the training was very engaging with great staff who are what they are doing!

Really great guys, great company, reached me enough to feel confident in the work, highly recommended

Very professional training really well presented! Defiantly recommended for material and knowledge!

I’m giving 1 star based mainly on the lack of communication after experiencing issues with the resin.

I appreciate that Resin Bonded Ltd are the supplier rather than the installer, so I wouldn’t expect them to take responsibility for the fitting itself. However, I specifically wanted to use a local company and they recommended the fitter who carried out the work using their resin system.

Since having problems with the finished resin, I contacted them for some advice and guidance but unfortunately haven’t received a response. Given that they supplied the product and recommended the installer, I feel some acknowledgement or assistance in understanding what may have gone wrong would have been reasonable.

Hopefully they can improve their after-sales communication, as a simple response would have made a big difference.

Update following Resin Bonded’s response

Just to clarify, this review is for the correct company, Resin Bonded Ltd. I originally contacted Resin Bonded directly through their own website, and their Sales & Marketing Manager then emailed me on 19 July 2022 explaining that they supplied the materials and providing a contractor in my area who could quote for the work.

I have never suggested that Resin Bonded carried out the installation themselves. My concern is that the contractor came to me through Resin Bonded’s own referral, and when I later contacted Resin Bonded regarding the problems I experienced, I did not receive a response. I still have the original email confirming the referral.

I note from your Trustpilot response that you have now asked me to contact you and say you will gladly help, so I will do that and would welcome your assistance.

We’ve been using resin bonded products for a few years now.
