The support has been really good. It can be quite difficult to navigate energy plans and the applications, so having help along the way is valuable.

We really look forward to the in person visits. It's nice to have reassurance that we are saving where we can and getting advice on energy bills and providers. Very friendly and knowledgeable service.

Our Anker battery has helped halve our bills in comparison to last year. We have had great results using Amber to manage our bills.

Theres a lot of tech and tech knowledge involved in making a decision regarding solar. But you need a reliable partner when this decision. Resinc have proven to be a winner and have been there through all the questions both before and post install.

The post installation visits have been a great support. Explanation of the bills and different ways we can use our system helps us navigate the good, the bad and the ugly! We feel very supported.

I’m summer, we have had fantastic results. Winter can be a bit more challenging, but overall we are saving on our bills. I like how Resinc reaches out every year, they don’t forget about the customer, even after purchasing.

Their team are always receptive and willing to help us. Nothing is ever too much to ask for which is really lovely to know we are supported. The knowledge they have around the advice for energy providers is also a great help!
