Up and working again

They visited when they said they would, identified the problem and then returned and fixed the machine. It was an easy process with good communication.

Had our integrated glass hob replaced

Had our integrated glass hob replaced. Came with the right parts no need to order. Excellent service, very friendly highly professional.
Would highly recommend every time we use Respond Services it’s always a pleasure.

Very happy with the engineer coming out…

Very happy with the engineer coming out on a Saturday he know what the problem was straight away when he had a look at it, fixed the motor in the induction fan, had a look at are other appliances and noticed the drawers in the freezer where broken, and ordered us new ones, thank you for the speedy call out very happy customer

Your assigned engineer was the same one who provided the repair for my dishwasher. He was patience and detailed work to check all stuff one by one. Then figure out the issue after few minutes. Then tested carefully to ensure all issues being addressed. Next informed the case to us in an understandable language and fixed the problem. Thus, highly appreciated.
