Appalling treatment of a loyal customer during a period of serious illness
I had treatments regularly for around two years at the Retreat, and they were excellent. I spent around £5,000 and was happy to do so. In 2025, during a period of serious illness I missed two sessions, which I paid for in full. I as told that questioning the full payment requirements when it was beyond my control was against the company's 'values' and I was spoken to a bit like a naughty child. Having paid for the sessions I was told bluntly that I was banned from attending in future. I questioned this and was told I wsould never be able to book again. As I say, at the time I was off work and seriously ill, they were aware of this but didnt care or even comment, they just banned me from future bookings.
