Absolutely worse service ever! I’ve had 0 communication from them. I was told that everytime there’s a return they inspect it according to instructions and will email me telling me what they found. And that has never happened to this date. I expressed my dissatisfaction and said it’s been less than 10 days and I would like to cancel with a full refund. The expectation to what I received is a mile apart. I was completely declined. They even blocked me from retrieving my returns unless i bank transfer postage handling fees? Emailed several times to confirm im willing to pay and heard nothing. I have family who live in Birmingham so they offered to pick this up which Keeley said yes that would be much better. He then said he’d call her back and we’ve heard nothing since. He emailed me back at 5:29 saying the office is closed and they will send me details to bank transfer? eventho he was the one to say on the phone she can pick up? the whole service is a shambles. The worse bit is i was so hesitant at the start and leanne gave me so much reassurance to say they are all regulated and compliant and I had nothing to worry about.

Please don’t sign up to this scam. I’m in a mess I honestly didn’t expect. All the reviews on the website are fake

Before signing up, I contacted ReturnsAddress with specific questions about parcel sizes and weights. Samantha confirmed in writing that they could handle parcels up to 20kg with no additional fees or size restrictions. Based on these assurances, we set up our account.
Fast forward a few weeks: we're now being told their "standard parameters" are actually 5kg and shoebox-sized items, with extra charges for anything larger. This completely contradicts what we were promised.
When I tried to resolve this, I hit a brick wall. Emails go unanswered. I called today and was told that Samantha, Holly, and Harriet were all unavailable. The person who answered couldn't help with anything and provided zero information.
We have parcels sitting at their facility, customers waiting for updates, and absolutely no support from this company. They are quick to apply charges but impossible to reach when you have a legitimate dispute.

Called a few times, left a message nearly a week ago because I was very interested in signing up but not heard anything back.

Very unprofessional. Called another company and was able to do everything there and then!
