Viewed a property with Esme, who was very helpful and answered all the questions asked. She didn't make ne feel rushed and let me look around freely. Would definitely recommend.

We have just viewed a rental property in Radcliffe on Trent with Esme from the West Bridgford office. Esme was friendly, polite and professional and was able to answer our questions.
Emma was also on hand to guide us through the process with the paperwork and answer any questions we had. As a mature couple with limited knowledge of the rental market this was a great help. Thank you to both.

Viewing a rental property with Esme was great, very professional , wasn't rushed around or made to feel pressured in anyway ,we loved the place and put our application in asap ,Reah was very efficient and processed our information super fast , and a little over 48hrs later we were over the moon to find we had been successful and all paperwork and references done shortly after, no messing about like some other Estate agents I have dealt with in the past, I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to rent a property. We were looking for a property and needed somewhere quickly due to starting a new job. When we entered RexGooding to look at a particular property it was no longer available but Alicia sat with us and showed us properties within our price range. She agreed to show us a property that same day. We took the property and since our first interaction, Alicia has been our first point of call if we've had any issues. She has been prompt with sending documents through and made our renting experience so easy when it could have been really stressful!

Really pleased with how everything has been handled. Nothing was too much, all of our queries were answered promptly and we were able to move into our new property without issue or delay.

I’ve rented from a range of landlords in my time and Rex Gooding have been the best. They were fair with returning deposit, responded to emails in a quick and professional manner. Repairs were made when requested. No complaints.

My experience was awful. I was trying to find a property before relocating from an overseas country. I called the office and arranged three viewings on the same day. I talked to one of my friends who lives approximately 300 miles away from where the properties were located. When I called the office, I asked not once but twice to different staff if a family of four is allowed by the landlord, and the answer was yes. Then, my friend saw the properties and we applied for the property that we liked. Our application was accepted and we were asked to pay the holding deposit. I was going to make an overseas payment but I just wanted to confirm the move-in date and asked if a discount would be possible. However, the staff returned me that the property is not suitable for four people and therefore they canceled the process after they directed me to pay the holding deposit. They even claimed that I didn’t state that we were 4 people in our application, but, I gave all the details in the application form, even for the ages of our kids. After all, when I reproached, they said that there was another application and the landlord decided to go on with that application. It is already difficult to arrange all these renting things from abroad, and this agency made it much more difficult.
