Excellent First Class Service
I have always found CoreRFID's staff to be very helpful with an in depth knowledge of their products. They always respond to communications without fail. The products are first class and i would certainly recommend them.

good and inexpensive products, but expensive delivery.
I personally like how you're priced some items, like the mifare stickers. They are of good quality as well. But shipping costs exceeded the value of the items.
You have locked the user for only one type of shipping when its not necessary to ship a coin sized item valued around three pounds in expensive specially delivery. Normal first class, just like amazon does would've sufficed. Give the user the option to choose the type of delivery they like. You could have earned all 5 stars if that was the case - sorry.

Thanks for your comments and we are glad that you like the quality. We certainly don’t want to put off customers with unnecessarily high shipment charges but with some orders it is true that delivery charges were greater than the cost of the goods. We have looked at this and I’m happy to say that we will be adding shipment options of First Class Mail for deliveries within the UK and International Airmail for overseas as options alongside our current delivery option. This should provide a better price for low cost orders and hopefully this will help with future purchases.

Really helpful when I needed help
I had a fairly technical requirement in for some products in an industry dominated by varying standards. I didn't know what variety of product etc. I should buy but Katrina Bailey and her colleague (Jim) were really helpful and got it all sorted out.
