Scam! Ring kam zwar an, nach Wochen & Beschwerde via Paypal. Unterirdische Qualität. Hätte ich mal vorher geprüft wo ich da bestelle. War mir eine Lektion.

Minderwertige Ware, ich kommuniziere jetzt seit 3 Monaten und warte auf Ersatz. Fehlanzeige, werde immer vertröstet. Finger weg, da kann man sein Geld gleich aus dem Fenster werfen!

If I could give this company less then I would. Firstly I bought this for a Christmas present didn’t receive until 8 weeks later. My partner wore it for a week and it faded and the looked really worn, asked for a refund then proceeded to advise to send the defaulted ring back which I had to pay for to be posted, told them no and said I just want a refund. After emailing back and for for 3 months after no refund, I chased again then the sent me the same email they sent me at the beginning. Do not buy from this company save yourself the agro

Son unos ESTAFADORES que nadie compre aquí. Las “joyas” que venden son una porquería de una calidad malísima, luego les pides que te devuelvan el dinero y te dicen que envíes el anillo defectuoso de vuelta a China el cual está inservible, para que te hagan el reembolso del dinero. Solo el envío a China vale lo mismo que el anillo que compré. QUE NADIE COMPRE EN ESTA EMPRESA.

Don't buy your jewelry here. It takes more than 4 weeks to get your order and after 1 month your gold plated ring is now copper/bronze waste of money

Never received my order. Customer service reply time (with generic answers) is about 2-3 weeks. My phone was crashed shortly after I placed my order with Riccardi, so I had to buy a new phone. My emails were compromised and I still keep receiving scam texts and messages on my number. Be careful with Facebook ads as this was where I came across this company. Many scammers use Facebook advertising. Also, Riccardi has never responded to any reviews on this Trustpilot page which proves they don’t care about their reputation and indeed scammers. I hope their revelation and punishment is around the corner. I know China executes scammers for their activities now.

Die Lieferzeit des Ringes betrug ca. 6 Wochen. Nachdem ich die Bewertungen hier gelesen habe, hatte ich schon Angst das der Ring gar nicht ankommt.
Er kam in einer schönen Ringschachtel und ich war wirklich positiv überrascht. Ich trage den Ring die ganze Zeit. Es blättert nichts ab und er verliert auch keine Legierung, trotz des täglichen Duschens.
Ich kann also außer der Lieferdauer, nichts beanstanden.

Jeg købte en ring til min kone, og min søn til hans kæreste.
Min ankom efter en måned! Fra Kina land! Langsomt, men den kom.
Her to måneder senere er hans stadig ikke kommet. Hver gang jeg skriver til deres ‘support’ går der mindst en uge, og der får jeg samme autogenereret svar: super ærgerligt den ikke er kommet endnu, og de beklager meget. Og jeg kan forresten følge trackingen her.
Jo tak. Den har så sat fast siden d 2/12 på en international flyvemaskine ..

In one word; terrible. Do not order by this company. It is not what you get, products are damage by delivery. Terrible comminucation. The products looks very cheap, the gold bracelet is not the real gold color. Expensive for what you get. Do i say more. @Riccardi Paris

Horrible, scam, never order here!!

Ordered a ring, took 5 weeks to arive, after wearing of 1 week the ‘gold’ already came off, turned copper and turned my finger Black. Customer service is nowhere to be found!

Bad product, dropship scam, DO NOT order a product from this ‘company’

Do not! order here. I've ordered a ring on the 13th of december, and still do not have the ring. A lot of promises, and fake track and trace codes via the mail. But eventually still without a ring.

Don't order here, you will get scammed!

Una vez pedido, miré las reseñas (en vez de al revés) y me asusté.
Cuando llegó la fecha en la que supuestamente debía haber llegado, el pedido no había ni sido procesado.
Contacté por correo con la atención al cliente y me respondieron sin problema, me dieron una devolución parcial de la mitad del importe únicamente aplicada a su web (que probablemente no usaré) y comenzaron con el procesado del pedido.
Finalmente recibí el pedido. La calidad no estaba mal del todo y, tras dos semanas de uso, sigue estando como nuevo.

Oggetti di scarsa qualità, rovinati dopo una settimana di utilizzo. Ho richiesto rimborso e non mi rispondono…da evitare!!!

I have placed my order since 1 December 2025.
today is 22 January 2026.
I haven't received my orders yet.
I have sent many emails, they are partially replying with silly excuses.
- they promised 50% refund, I haven't got that!
- they promised 100% refund if I didn’t get the order after a month. And here we are after more than a month.
- they promised to send me a new order as a matter of compensation. And that did not happen too.
- The order tracking is showing one ring only being shipped while I have ordered two.
- they refunded one ring amount, but the refund was made as a credit on their website, Like I am going to use them again :)

1 Stern ist sogar zuviel !!! Keine Angaben zur Lieferung ! Auf Emails gibt es keine Antwort! FG Finger Weg!!! Schlechte Qualität!!
