The lovely guy, Alex at Sheffield, who sold me the CD/Radio was super and very helpful. I pretty much knew what I wanted but ended up getting a better version of the product after he answered all my questions. Everything from Richer Sounds always comes with a level of reassurance that you just can’t get anywhere else. The speakers are amazing for the price point. So quick and efficient in coming to the store for pick up. Staff super helpful and friendly as always in the shop. Class from start to finish

I ordered a television and payed for it but have yet to receive it
I was given a delivery time and day and then had it cancelled at the last minute
I have had no reason given why it was not delivered and no one has been in touch to explain why and also no new delivery date so this is why my rating is low
If I don’t hear anything by the end of the week I will be asking for a refund

Can’t fault richer sounds. Best customer service in the business. Had an issue with my 5+ year old OLED TV. Called them up, and it couldn’t be repaired. I was credited £632 for a nearly 6 year old TV as it was not viable for them to repair. If it was any other company, they would have passed me to the manufacturer to pay for a repair that was probably as much as a new TV. I will always buy from Richer Sounds when I can, and have just bought my new TV with them, and also bought a new amp, and some headphones too. Many thanks to Dave at Richer sounds Sheffield for price matching my new TV, the new set is fantastic.

Really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff

I called the Telesales number and was in a queue, which initially was annoying, but got transferred to a shop after a short while. When I explained what I was after the shop assistant proved very helpful and called me back with the information I needed. I purchased the product and it arrived the next day despite being warned it might take a few days for delivery.

First time shopper and didn’t really know what I needed to fix the problem. Alex who served me was very helpful, he walked to my car to see the TV I needed the item for and after discussing alternatives I ended up purchasing the Sonos eARC Ultra which he also carried to my car. It is very important to put non-expert customers at ease and made to feel welcomed.

The TV I bought was price matched so saved me a few quid and the 6yr gurantee was a bonus too.

I've bought two TVs in the last few months from this top quality shop (Sheffield Branch ) Both LG , one Oled C5 one Qned. Two different members of staff, both very knowledgeable which on TVs I am not but I was treat with respect and they patiently answered all my many questions in a non tech way that was easy for me to take in.
A top quality store in every way.

Richer sounds service a is second to non - the person I dealt with (Conor) was most helpful as the projector I wanted was out of stock but he did manage to find one at another of their shops and this was delivered a few days later.

Took our son to introduce him to the beginners world of a decent amp and turntable for his 21st birthday. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He set a couple of systems up in the experience room which made our sons birthday even more special. No hard sell at all which impressed me. I have bought items from there myself and always found them very helpful and fair. Would recommend.
