Reaffirmed my decision to buy Arcam A15+

Polite, helpful, knew his stuff. Richer Sounds 6 year warranty worked well for us - about 6 weeks before the end of it, our tv developed a fault that wasn't repairable, so we had money from the warranty to put towards a new tv from Richer Sounds. Very pleased with this service!

I was calling from East Yorkshire as the item I wanted was out of stock locally but Olli dealt with my transaction perfectly. The item was located and shipping arranged within a handful of minutes.
My purchase arrived as scheduled and was delivered with great care and courtesy.

Great service. Good product. Even when you accidentally install the mount upside down, it didn’t take long to remove the 4 bolts and turn the tv bracket round. Tv now firmly secured to the wall.

The staff at the sheffield broomhill branch looked after us , listened and help !
It was the manager who dealt with us and he was a friendly helpful bloke !!
