Sales team were extremely efficient. Deliver and installation were as promised. Only slight hiccup was the registration of the warranty with Panasonic which was a Panasonic error

Everything is fine the TV, delivery no problem. The issue I experienced I was unable to purchase on line as your system declined my payment. Ok using tele sales. Apart from this let’s see how the TV performs

Excellent bar the delivery
Excellent telesales service and great price. Delivery bang on time too. Only issue - delivery was to the wrong address, even after we went through the delivery address very carefully. So lose a star for that

Nearly went elsewhere.
However glad i didn't.

This is the first time I have used Richer Sounds.I rang telesales as I had a couple of queries regarding Samsung cash back. The whole experience was easy, no pressure on me to purchase but when I did I was pleasantly surprised how easy and quick the process was. I even got a further £10 off a good price for the product. I received my soundbar in just 3days after purchase. Absolutely brilliant thanks.
