I have purchased from Richer Sounds previously, both in store and online and am always 100% satisfied with customer service, product quality and excellent warranty length given for free in most cases.
The one star deduction was due to delivery which is a separate company I think. I paid for next day delivery and had a slot for a two man delivery which ended at 6pm. At 6.30 I phoned to check if my delivery was still happening as had heard nothing but offices and WhatsApp all close at 6pm!! At 6.45 one man delivered my tv and no apology for late delivery or lack of communication. I wasn’t annoyed that the delivery was outside the window but it was not knowing whether it would happen or not that was frustrating. Especially as there was nowhere to call after 6pm. So communication needs to be improved.

The TV I purchased has great picture and sound quality and the price was excellent, especially as there was £100 off.

I would always recommend Richer Sounds as their approach to customers is refreshingly good and they offer great value.

I ordered a dvd player from you on the 7th July, it had been dispatched and dpd said it had been delivered, I have not received this item, on tracking Dpd have delivered to completely the wrong part of England, I have been in touch with both DPD and your customer service a few times and have heard nothing back or received the item. update this has now been resolved swiftly, kept in contact with the whole time and both Richer sounds and DPD services were as fantastic as they normally are, thank you for the quick response and resolution.

To start with, I bought the TV through the website, which was really easy, after seeing it in a different shop at a much higher price. I was kept informed all along about delivery with emails and text messages. The delivery company was first rate, two lovely chaps delivered it exactly where I wanted it, got a call from their customer service upon receipt, asking if everything was OK, and were the chaps well presented and helpful. All in all, a five star service and for the best price I could find. What's not to like ?
Forgot to mention, the TV is fantastic as well.

They used a delivery company called BJS who failed to deliver at the specified time, then lied about the delivery, then failed to provide an alternative delivery time. I have to demand a refund from Richer Sounds and then placed an order for the same item on Amazon who deliver within 12 hours.

As a customer for over 30 years I was used to good experience. However I bought a new Audio Technica turntable and after having spent an hour unpacking and assembling it it turned out the the motorised drive made a loud whining sound. I sent it back and received another next day. Hats off to you for this quick service. But I had to repackage the original which was no easy task. So when the new one arrived and after all the rigmarole of above I turned it on. I didn't press any buttons just plugged it in and flicked the switch. The turntable started and would not stop. I pressed everything I could to no avail. It seems that the controls on the deck were overridden by a fault. So off it went back to Richer Sounds for a refund. After another problematic repackaging exercise. The question is was this a bad batch or was it a batch of B Stock/Seconds? Thats the concerning thing.

Website accurate, best price around, delivered on time. Everything as expected. I would use Richer sounds again.

When my Denon cd player decided to bite the dust following seven years loyal service, I turned back to Richer sounds and replaced it with a current version but with upgraded speakers. Far better deal than I had expected and a little bit of discount added to the great value. Sounds great and the player is perfect and hopefully will serve me a little longer than the previous one.

Excellent headphones. Arrived the following day. First class service all the way. Thank you.
