Ordering on line was easy and then the communication was exemplary with emails letting me know every stage of the items journey to my front door. Delivery day was given then narrowed down to a 3 hour slot. The items packaging was in excellent condition showing no signs of damage at all from its long journey.
A six year warranty and a good discount was the icing on the cake and I will certainly be shopping at Richer Sounds again.

1. When calling the Solihull store to ask about a different TV I was planning on buying- the chap who answered spent a lot of time explaining why that wasnt the right choice for me. He answered my questions comprehensively & I ultimately purchased the alternative he suggested the same day.

2. The TV was faulty on arrival. The chap I called at websales about it swiftly arranged for a replacement. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast this was done.

I can't fault anything. I've always bought my gear from Richer Sounds for that reason. Prices are always fair.

My parents television had a problem with the sound. I have exactly the same television, so gave them mine. My parents are in their 80's, so far more important. I spoke to Ilias at customer care, asking whether it was worth trying to fix? He was incredibly helpful asking whether i had checked sound options and leads - which i had done. He advised me that a soundbar & subwoofer could fix the problem, also that as my parents are slightly deaf, the base from the subwoofer might actually help more than ordinary sound. He's absolutely right! It's brilliant! Unfortunately it's so good i'm using it :)
